bathtub refinishing
 + -1 moreI spoke with John Deluca from this company on Monday, November 21, 2011, to repair an eraser-sized hole in my bathtub. He was very nice and said he could do it the following Saturday (November 26th) and would be at my home between 8:00 and 9:30 am. At 9:35 on Saturday morning he had not arrived, so I called and reached his answering machine. I said perhaps he was having trouble finding my home, and could he please call me. At 10:15 a.m., I still had not heard from him, so I called once again and said that I asumed at this point he was not coming that day, and my husband and I had errands we were going to run, but I was still interested in having my tub repaired, so please call me. It has now been 12 days. Mr. Deluca has still not returned my call.
Description of Work: None, although he made an agreement with me to come to my home to repair an eraser-sized hole in my bathtub.
