This was the best home repair experience we have had. The only one that comes close was our first experience with Mr. Draper. In addition to the work that we contracted for we asked if Barry could fix a broken drawer, and a broken cabinet. He did so at no additional charge! In addition: He fixed our screen door which was not closing properly. Painted a metal railing which had gone beyond and quot;shabby chic.and quot; Brought us the proper bulb for the hall light which he had installed. Found and replaced a possibly dangerous wall outlet. Possibly one or two other things. None of these extras were included in our final bill. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

Mr. Draper is very professional. Repairs are completed in a timely manner.

My window frames are metal and I was unable to install the window blinds myself. Mr. Draper did an excellent job, very patient and professional.

Mr. Draper has restored our faith in craftsmanship and professionalism. We've had any number of improvements and repairs done in the past that were satisfactory at best. He would rather repair than replace, He is meticulous in his work, and you know that he loves what he's doing. As you can tell from the list of jobs which he did for us he has many skills. We are already compiling a list of future projects.

Mr. Draper responded to my initial call promptly and set a time for a meeting. On the meeting date, he called to indicate an earlier availability and to see if I had any objections to changing the time. At the meeting, he was able (at a reasonable cost) to assist me with the two smaller projects and has promised me a quotation for the workbench removal.

The business that I work for was burglarized in the middle of the night (2:45 am), they broke windows to gain access and the employee that responded to the police call could not leave until the business was secure. The employee contacted me to assist them in finding someone to board up the windows, I did a search of handymen on the internet and started calling the ones that looked like they operated from home. The fourth phone call I made a woman answered (around 3:30 am) I told her our plight and would it be possible for the repairs to be done immediately, and could I have the employee on site call to work out the details, she very kindly said she would wake her husband to await the call from the employee on site. We felt a great sense of relief knowing that someone would be on the way to take care of the problem. When I came in that morning I thought he did a very good job with securing the windows and did what he could in areas that could not be nailed into. We have not received a bill yet but don't expect it to be outrageous.
