At pre-job level. I did my homework and new I wanted an Atlas shingle product. Found Aspen through Atlas website. They are one of the few Atlas Premium certified installers here in MD. I then crossed referenced with Angie's List. Aspen was responsive to my inquiry, efficient and transparent in their bid, and informative with questions I had about their company and the product. I look forward to seeing the job complete.

They did a great job and were very professional. They were very efficient and I would definitely use them again.

The salesman was very professional and not pushy at all. The price was comparable with other companies in the area. My only complaint is that they had to return the following day to finish the job and did not notify us. My wife didn't have to work that day, so she was caught off guard when they climbed on the roof during the day.

The whole process from start to finish was great, from the first person we met to the guys doing our installation.

I had no problems at all. They cleaned up well after they were done. They made sure to protect the house. They got the entire job done in one day and the roof has a lifetime warranty for the shingles and the roof as well as 135 mph wind protection. They were very polite and responded quickly.

We felt comfortable from the very beginning when we first met their salesman. And then he explained the quality products they'd use and the crew that came out. Everything was exactly as he said it would be and there are not enough words to describe how happy we are with the execution. From the beginning they were helpful and answered all of our questions.

Installation went off without a hitch. All of the installers were very polite, and cleaned up after themselves. Look forward to working with Aspen again in the future on our doors and siding.

My experience with Aspen Home Improvements definitely gets a 5 star rating from me! The salesman was knowledgeable, honest, easy to talk to and patiently answered all of my questions. They re-windowed my entire old house- a TREMENDOUS improvement! Even the installers were courteous and professional- and neat about it, too. My house was cleaner after they left than before they arrived! They did a nice job and I am well pleased. The service calls made after installation, though no fault of their own, were handled promptly and without charge. I would highly recommend the company to anyone.

It went really well. They offered me financing which fit for my budget quite well. The quality of the windows was good and they actually just came out to make sure the caulking was still good.
