The service was wonderful. They were very courteous with our home and professional as well as efficient in their work. Given the weather recently, there was some minor leaking around one of the windows that they were able to fix without a problem. The windows look great and we are very satisfied with their service.

Window replacement was a huge expense for us. David was so patient. In understandable wording, he answered all our questions, gave us plenty of time to digest and make final decisions. Installation was later than anticipated due to manufacturer delays, but we received phone calls from Tammy and David to let us know status. Experienced Installer's workmanship was excellent. With forecast of impending snow storm, he worked into darkness to complete work. One adjustment was necessary- one phone call and we were assured the replacement item was ordered that day. Great customer service.

We are happy with the new windows and are more than pleased with the installation. Aspen Home Improvement was able to remove the existing windows and replace them despite the cold weather. Their personnel are pleasant and enjoyable to work with. We told Aspen Home Improvement that we did not consider their choice of installation date to be important. They estimated that they would be able to install the new windows several weeks sooner than they actually did. This was not important to us. When they did schedule the installation, they arrived at the scheduled time and completed all their work quickly. We feel comfortable referring others to Aspen Home Improvement.

Working with Aspen Home Improvement was a very pleasant experience. We replaced 2 sets of French doors. The doors we got are excellent in being weather tight, energy efficient, as well as being a great value. We are very pleased with the results. What sets Aspen apart from many other vendors is that everyone you meet with the company seems to care very much about doing the job right and achieving customer satisfaction. The installation was done on a day when mother nature was not very cooperative. But they got the old doors out and new doors in in a very timely, clean and efficient manner. They paid special attention to being neat and not generating much dirt. The installer clearly knew how to take the old doors out without damaging the infrastructure. We had blinds on the old doors that we wanted to re-use. They had to be cut down to fit the new doors and Aspen covered the charge. We would highly recommend Aspen to anyone needing replacement doors, windows or siding.

The installation was great. There were two guys that came, a father and son team, they knew what they were doing. They cleaned up 75% of their stuff. There was shattered glass pieces in some places from them getting the old windows out. They didn't ask permission, nor did I think in advance, to use the kitchen sink to wash the hands. However, they were very polite and they did a beautiful job. It makes for a more professional job if the caulking is done neatly and it was done well. They were also on time and I appreciated that.

John installed all 20 windows by himself. We had 10 windows the size of doors, that he removed and replaced cleanly and efficiently. He trimmed and caulked all of the windows inside and outside. He kept us informed as to his progress and when he would return. John removed, replaced, trimmed and caulked inside for all of the windows that he could do the first day and repeated the process with the rest of the windows the next day. He came back to trim, caulk and cover the outside sills and trim with aluminum. I think John did a spectacular job on the windows. Mark also did a spectacular job designing the windows for the manufacturer. The replicated windows were able to maintain the look of the old windows, but with triple pane efficiency. I am so pleased how all of the windows look and how much quieter it is inside to the outside vehicle noise..

Our last service was a new front entry door; however , previously they have done new windows , siding, and rear entry doors

They came as promised and replaced 5 windows. They were very professional, washed the windows and cleaned up. I could not be happier with the results. My windows look like they are bigger now. Great job well done. Thank you David and team.

I had very old windows from the 1940's. No update to the house at all. When I called Aspen windows I thought it would be very expensive, but when I got the estimate from Mark I was very pleased. Mark contacted me regularly with updates and status on my windows. Very personal guy and well informed. I didn't feel pressured when purchasing the windows from Aspen. Great business man and would work with him again for my breezeway. The job took 3 days to complete. They did an amazing job. I couldn't believe how the windows changed how my house looked. The windows did an amazing job in retaining the heat in my house as well, saving me money on my oil bill. Getting windows from Aspen was the best investment I made since the purchase of my house. I highly recommend Aspen if you are looking for great windows and people who are looking for your best interest rather than what is in your wallet. I really enjoyed Aspen installing my windows and working Mark. I plan on doing business with them in the future. Great customer service and performance.

They did a good job. I had no issues when working with them. The windows have held up well over the past five years.

The doors look absolutely beautiful. They did excellent work and were timely. Scheduling was good; once the door arrived it was scratched. The installation was delayed three weeks because the salesman did not want to install a scratched door and had to order a new one.

My old door came with the house when I purchased it new in 1991. It was wood covered by steel, a French door. Several years ago I noticed he wood interior rotting and falling out. Over these last few years I would occasionally get tired of trying to hold it together with scotch tape and get an estimate. All the prices I was quoted were ridiculously high (4-5 thousand dollars!). I started visiting various showrooms to look at doors but my visit to Aspen Home Improvement proved to be the one that captured my hard-earned cash. I was greeted warmly and given plenty of information, not only about the product, but about the installation as well. Considerable time was spent going over all the details and I left there feeling satisfied that I was in good hands and had made a wise decision in choosing this company. Later, the salesman, and then the professional measurer came to my home to check measurements accurately. The installers came on time when promised, worked very efficiently to remove the old doors and install the new, treated my home and belongings respectfully, and were friendly and courteous. I would advise homeowners seeking a new door to visit actual showrooms to see and test out the product you wish to purchase instead of just having a salesman come to the house with pictures and a small sample. For such a major purchase, you would do well to go out and truly compare "apples to apples" and get your price quote that way. Be sure to take measurements with you for an accurate assessment too.

The price was exactly as quoted, the work was done on time, and we have had no problems. We're waiting to see monetary savings from energy efficiency this winter.

This is a locally owned company that I would highly recommend. One of my colleagues used this company so it came highly recommended. the owner came to my house and took our order. He sent out someone to do a 2nd measurement so there were no issues with sizing. I had several contacts with the secretary, Tammy. She was awesome. We had to change one of the window styles for 3 of the unique windows. John, the man who did the actual installation, was nothing less than amazing. He was punctual, hardworking, and extremely professional. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently he completed the job. I am ecstatic with my new windows. Here is the icing on the cake. John cleaned all of the windows and left absolutely no evidence in the yard that he had been there except for the Aspen Home Improvement sign.

Scheduled 8:30 to 9:00am; arrived shortly before 9:00am. Expected completion around lunch time; job completed at 12:35pm. Installer removed old door, cleaned up mess, disposed of door, and installed new door. Provided operating instructions. Very happy with final product.

The sales person was very knowledgable. He was punctual and accommodating when scheduling our appointment to review the product and quoted us a reasonable price for purchase and installation. The two men who came to install the windows were respectful, did a thorough job, even finding some wood rot within the frame and repaired it for no extra charge. They cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed. However, the communication regarding start and status of job was poor. The first day the truck was placed in our driveway and no work was done, nor was there any notice of what was the problem or when work would start. We called to ask when coming back to do work and were told they had to wait for the wood to dry before could start work. Then when the job was almost done and their tools were left in the sunroom so we didn't know if were finished and we could put all the furniture back in the room or if there was additional work left to be completed. We waited a day with no communication from Aspen so called again and were told had to finish the flashing so would be back. It seemed the lady in the office was caught in middle with distraught customers who often had no idea what was happening or when and wanting to give a positive impression of the company. She tried to get hold of workers each time we had to call to find out when work would be started and/or completed but often had difficulty doing it. She was apologetic and agreed with us in our request for better communication regarding when workers would be at our home. But the communication didn't improve. Once the work was done it was beautiful and looked great. There was a screen left in our sunroom and we called to see if they left it behind and was told they thought we might want to use it as it would allow a clear view through the center window instead of a screen the whole way across the window, We thought it was a very nice gesture- except the screens didn't fit, My husband called to tell them and they came and picked up the screen and said would order the right size. They came to get the screen and measured for a new one, then, again, we heard nothing. We waited a month and again my husband called and they said knew nothing about it and would check on it and call my husband. They did not call, my husband called again and got another woman who said saw the screens but didn't know what they for so checked and said need to order one more screen to replace the bent screen on other side of room. Still waiting to find out about that order. Workmanship is good, communication is VERY POOR.

I called them and they right away told me how much the doors start at. The starting price was more than what I can afford, so they let me know that I could get a refund.

They were very professional and not at all pushy. When we do decide to proceed, we will be giving them the business.

Very punctual in getting back to us to set up a consultation. Gave us a good deal, and was punctual with the installation today. It did take longer for our windows to come in as originally estimated, but there were some summer holidays in between.

They look fantastic!!! Especially the sliding window in my family room. John, great idea, so much light now. He cleaned up after himself, and if I didn't know which windows were replaced, I would never have known. The carnival in New Cumberland was last week and I never heard a sound, the kids were in the pool next door-didn't hear them, just the loud beat of their music and I took care of THAT sound! :)

Aspen Home Improvement did a very nice job installing our windows. The windows are made of a composite, so it's like it doesn't ever have to be painted. They slip in for cleaning and they have the screens on them. They're very easy to go up and down. Their price was a tad lower than another company. Both of them are very high, though, for replacement windows. The service worker was very pleasant and very neat. One of the owners came out and showed us our choices that were available and then, he measured and he ordered the windows to be built to fit. They called us when it was ready and made the appointment to do the install. The service worker came like 7:30 or 8:00 in the morning and was done by lunch time. That was good for him, because it was one of those hot, humid days.

This is a top notch company doing excellent quality work with high quality windows. Within 6 hours we saw them take out our ancient windows Windows and replaced them with beautiful ones that are highly efficient and clean. Loved the owner, Dave who also came out after the install to inspect it. Highly recommend this company. All who work there are very professional and personal.

Punctual Service. Quick efficient work and completion of job. Good communication with workers throughout project. Some better features of installation include shoe molding installation on inside of widow. Exterior is aluminum capped. Foam insulated vinyl windows.

I was pleased. The guy that they used to have working there doesn't work there anymore and the guy that came out wasn't as good. They cleaned up but I did a lot of the clean up myself too. They matched someone else's price but they gave me better windows. They are good quality windows.

They sent a representative out. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He took measurements and he made reasonable suggestions that were within the budget on the windows. They were ready ahead of schedule. We had a quote from another company that was lower than his. He showed me how their product was better than the other company and how we really were not getting that good of a deal from the other company. They threw in the installation. Which was really a great value. The installer was very competent and clean. He did a great job. The price was a fair price. The quality was excellent. He was right on time. I would them again.
