Came in at, and in some ways below quote, efficient, professional, and the staff from top to bottom was amazing. Very knowledgeable with a real can do attitude. I will definitely use them again in my home.

Our job was vast. We were "freshening up" an older house and needed painting, carpentry, carpet, drywall repair, and handyman work. Because we had just relocated, we didn't know who to use. Joe was able to coordinate the right people for each job. The people he chose were without exception excellent in their specialties and pleasant to have in our house. Joe was always responsive to our questions and concerns. We are thrilled with the result and credit Joe and his team with a job well done.

All-Phase Construction demolished a back porch and in its place, built a large sunroom, deck, and stamped concrete patio. The sunroom was over 30’ long and included 11 windows. Both the patio and deck were over 600 square feet each. In addition, the back yard was re-graded and a new drainage system installed. Joe and his team did a wonderful job and the project turned out beautifully. He and his team were respectful of my home and delivered as promised. There was no problem they couldn't fix. Indeed, they were proactive in providing solutions and paid close attention to every detail! The results were phenomenal! I would highly recommend All-Phase Construction and they will be my first call anytime we need work done in the future.

All Phase Construction can do it all. They have very competitive prices, get the work scheduled and done FAST, and are leagues ahead of the other contracting companies I've experienced with excellent and prompt communication. As a new home owner with zero handy-man skills, they have been a blessing. I originally hired All Phase because they had the BEST price on roof replacement for our new house and could get the work done MONTHS before everyone else I called. Based on the high quality and fast turn around time on the roof, I hired them for various interior projects we needed. Electrical work like updating old halogen cabinet lighting to LED, installing ceiling fans, bringing our fire alarms up to code, and installing GFCI outlets. I also had them to some various wood repairs around the house, like filling holes, repairing wood rot, and installing a pet door. Any time I had a question or concern, All Phase ALWAYS answered their phones and got back to me quickly. In my experience, it's not always easy to get a hold of roofers or construction people, but All Phase is on top of their communication and when they say they're going to be there, they're always on time. Overall, they have made my experience as a new home owner very stress free. I will continue to use them for any projects down the line (Re-doing our kitchen, adding new windows, and various little handy-man projects). If I only knew they did painting before I signed a contract with another company, I would've hired them for that too!

We hired All-Phase to remodel our kitchen. We were very pleased with Joe and his entire team. They showed up on time, finished the project when they said they would and were very professional. Will definitely hire them again when we do another remodel.

The project that All-Phase Construction did included more than just windows. It also included demolition of Dry-Vit, looking for water damage then replacing it with siding and new windows including inside new framing and new blinds. I was especially impressed with the fact that Joe identified the problem correctly even before opening the walls. Joe and his team were respectful of my home and delivered as promised. There was no problem he couldn't fix. When my old blinds did not fit in the new windows, Joe got new ones and installed them. That is attention to every detail! The workmanship and aesthetics are phenomenal! All-Phase Construction will be my first call next time I need work done.

Project: Kitchen Remodel and Carpet/paint family room Joe, Jared and team did an excellent job - in fact well beyond what was contracted for. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Joe and came to know him as a honest, dependable and hard working individual. Beyond that, he was able to neatly envision my basement remodel and clearly express the design concept. The project was exceptionally smooth in all aspects and was completed within the allotted budget. In addition, the subcontractors were equally reliable, friendly, approachable and professional. The work area was always left in neat conditions with trash removed. During the course of the project, I wanted to add a few unique design elements such as a barn door and barn rafters and his subcontractors were able to successfully trouble shoot and address the issue with ease. Furthermore, Joe was very responsive to my needs and always responded to questions, concerns, etc in a very timely manner. I never felt as if I was rushed off the phone and he was extremely fair in our negotiations. He successfully displayed diligence and attention to detail. All Phase Construction remodeled my kitchen and sun room and did a great job. Joe was great to work with, very accessible and upfront with all pricing. Very professional and would highly recommend.

A reputed realtor in the area recommended Joe to us in addition to two other contractors. We had stucco on our house and we needed it removed and replaced with beaded siding. We also needed some windows and doors replaced. Joe's estimate was most reasonable and we also called and checked his references. Joe was excellent from the start. His estimate was specific and he started on or around the date he quoted. His workmen did top notch work and were courteous and clean. When we had a concern with any component, Joe swiftly took care of it. Best of all the work was completed within the quoted budget ! We are very impressed with Joe and would highly recommend him.

All Phase did a complete kitchen renovation, tore down the wall from the kitchen to the dining room, replaced carpeting with wood steps, installed new flooring on our main floor, and put in a new vanity and toilet in our powder room. Jared was the foreman, and was excellent in his carpentry as well as organization skills. He was very eager to please. He scheduled other workers to appear in a timely manner. The drywall patcher and electrician both did a really fine job. The wood flooring man was a real pro and worked out a couple difficult problems. The tile installer and painters did a fine job. Everyone who came was more than competent and trustworthy. Joe Stillman, the owner, was fair with the pricing and the job was finished very close to the original price quote, except for a few items we added. Although the job started late and lasted longer than we expected, we are very pleased with the results.

We have had several projects done by All Phase Construction, LLC. They have replaced two roofs, repaired two chimneys, repaired and rebuilt a stone wall, repaired water damage and rebuilt a sun room and repaired water damage in a basement. They have always given us fair prices, delivered on their promises, stuck to their estimates and finished the work in a timely and professional manor. No project has been too big or too small and Joe Stillman has always been a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him for any project.

Had a new roof installed after noticing a leak next to our chimney. Flashing had come away from the chimney and roof itself was old. All Phase Construction gave a great estimate and a professional job. Flashing along the chimney looks great and very tight. The crew working for Joe were very friendly,fast and knowledgable. The finished roof looks 100% better. Would definately hire All Phase again.
