This job was the result of a catastrophic storm that felled a 100ft tree into our house. Allphase worked with the insurance adjuster and local authorities to restore the home to its prior condition. They kept on schedule and involved multiple teams to replace framing, roofing, carpets, demo, wiring and painting. They were considerate of our schedule and kept the job site clean and organized. We would use them again.

Joe, Kris and Robert were great to work with, pleasant and personable. They really listened to what we wanted. From start to finish, they worked with us to provide design options and advice on layout and finishes to give us exactly what we wanted in a Kitchen. The workmanship from Robert and his team was first rate. There was an attention to detail that really made a difference in the outcome. We wanted to install flooring ourselves and they helped us do that. They did a great job delivering on what they promised at a price we felt good about.

We hired Allphase Construction and Custom Kitchen and Design to complete a first-floor remodel that included our enclosed breezeway, dining room, kitchen, living room, and stairway. Our home was built in 1950 and was very outdated, in disrepair, and had small boxy rooms that made gathering difficult. Joe was helpful in working out the overall design and both he and Custom Kitchens were patient as we revised the design several times. We gutted the kitchen, took down two walls, replaced all flooring, interior doors, renovated the stair treads and handrail, installed a new front door, and put in all new casing and lighting. That much work creates a lot of mess and dust and I appreciated the care all workers took with keeping our house as clean as possible through the process. Our project manager was incredibly conscientious and patient with all of the decisions that went into this huge remodel. We did run into some quality issues with a subcontractor which was stressful. However, Joe was more than committed to making sure the end product of the job was done well. He brought in new people and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the result. His reputation is important to him, and his desire to make the customer happy is notable and was very reassuring when taking on a project of this size and cost. I felt like I could share my concerns with Joe and felt not only heard but respected. He is committed to quality even if the unexpected happens. I would certainly work with Joe in the future.

Our experience with Joe and his Team was absolutely OUTSTANDING.!! Joe runs a great business. He is experienced, honest, conscientious, and has great passion for the work. During the design phase, Joe made excellent recommendations to make our space even more beautiful and functional. Joe has his own kitchen and bath design team, led by Kris, who was also awesome to work with. The remodel was led by Robert, Mark and Greg, all of whom were experienced, meticulous, courteous and just genuinely nice people. They arrived on time every day, completed the work above and beyond our expectations, and promptly handled all of our requests for changes. We made many changes during the process! ... and Joe and his Team handled every single one of them quickly and without any pushback. Joe and his Team were so awesome to work with .. in a word, they all have INTEGRITY. They stand behind their work. We will definitely use All Phase for our next big job. And lastly, Joe's pricing was extremely competitive, very fair. Joe and his folks are honest and they genuinely care about making the customer happy, exceeding expectations. All areas of reconstruction were handled with expertise. Our kitchen was completely rebuilt to include granite counters and island, new cabinets and removing part of the wall to enlarge kitchen and dining area. Attention to every detail was important to the entire crew. Craftsmanship in all areas was excellent. Master bath was totally redesigned and included a pocket door. Love our new bathroom! Any issue or change was handled promptly and efficiently . We had a great working relationship with Joe Stillman and highly recommend his company AllPhase.

All Phase Construction is the one to call for an honest quote that handles everything you need. They are not the contractor that low balls you to get in the door and finds ways to increase the price. Joe and Tristen were extremely helpful in giving me options based on their knowledge and helping me get to the price I wanted to be at. We got a bathroom completely gutted down to studs and remodeled, electrical, plumbing as well as 4 rooms and a hallway original red oak floors from 1962 sanded down and refinished. Pictures do not do their work justice as it turned an *ok* house into a beautiful house. Thank you, Joe and Tristen you guys did a wonderful job!

The ultimate professionals. They did an outstanding job remodeling our entire first floor and not just our kitchen. Joe was very attentive and always willing to solve any minor problems we had. Kris from the design team was instrumental in getting our vision into reality. The two main guys who worked on our house- Josh and Greg- treated our home like their home. They felt like part of our family during the entire process except they were way more handy than us. The results were phenomenal- exceeds our expectations. I would highly recommend All-Phase. We already have more projects in line for them in the future.

Our experience with All Phase was very pleasant From the design part meeting with Kris he was very knowledgeable Daniel and Christian were very pleasant to have in our home for our kitchen refacing. What a difference!! We are very pleased countertops and , counter, & backsplash look wonderful!!

We used Joe and his team earlier this year to redo our kitchen, laundry, mudroom, stairs and flooring. Everything turned out great! Joe was friendly, professional and very responsive from beginning to end, which is not something that is easy to find in a contractor. Once we met Kris (very knowledgeable), the designer, we knew that day they were the right team for us. The rest of his team was no exception. We worked primarily with Josh and Doug who were fantastic. Doug even brought donuts for the kids one morning. It is obvious that they both take a lot of pride in their work. Chris, their cabinet installer, is also a master of his craft. He custom built â cubbiesâ in our mud room which get tons of compliments. As with any project this size, there will likely be some issue or change along the way. No matter the issue or the change requested, it was handled professionally and without question. It was clear that their number one goal was to make us happy. Itâ s been nearly 3 months since they finished, and they still came back to fix an issue with the under-cabinet lighting. That is a company that stands behind their work. It was pleasure working with All Phase construction and we will definitely use them again in the future. We have already recommended them to several friends.

Joe and his team renovated recently 3 bathrooms in our home as well as a few other odd jobs my wife and I wanted completed. From the very beginning Joe was extremely professional. We had received several quotes from other home improvement contractors and by far All Phase was the most professional and cost effective option. Once the construction started, every team member that we interacted with was top notch, clean, and as equally professional. Home renovations are very personal - in our situation it took years of saving for us to be able to make the renovations we wanted. I genuinely felt Joe and his team exceeded our expectations; not only in terms of the renovation but how our time and money were treated as well. Weâ re hoping to be repeat customers, even if they are smaller tasks we need in the future.

I am fortunate to have found Allphase to renovate my home. They came to my rescue after a terrible experience with another contractor. When I first spoke with them, I knew I had found the best contractor to work with. From beginning to end, the Allphase team made sure that everything would be done to my specifications and offered the best advice on how to renovate my home. They are absolute professionals who were patient and treated all of my concerns and questions with respect and sincerity. Allphase sent a team of ace carpenters to install new wood floors, a new staircase, and to replace moulding and trim in almost every room of my house. They are master craftsmen and artists who transformed my newly purchased house into my home. I am amazed by their work. One important thing to know about Allphase is that they are booked solid in advance. Although I had to wait a while for them to begin the job, it was worth it. This is the best investment I made into my home and I would work with them again. Thank you Allphase! 

We hired Joe and his team for our kitchen remodel. We have a 1700s home and things can be strange but his team rolled well with anything that came up. Our kitchen came out beautifully! We could not be happier with the project. Joes team is easy to work with, courteous and friendly. We had a few things needing to be handled after the completion of our project and we did not have any problems getting them to come back out. We have already hired them for 4 additional projects!

All workers were extremely diligent and got the work done on time. They were very detailed and made sure every thing was well taken care of. Work site was always left clean at the end of the day. The only thing I would recommend is to explain all costs upfront to the customer and not include surprise costs after the estimate was finalized.

I knew from day 1 that I wanted to go with Joe and his company. Right from the get go he was professional and amicable. Him and his team did a great job and helped give various advice to make our remodel finally come to life. I had our garage that was mostly storage space turned into a closet /laundry room and dry walled the garage and gives so much more function and appeal to our house. I worked mostly with Tristan (electrician/contractor) throughout it and his communication was spot on I got daily updates and always making sure it was what I had envisioned. These guys were great to work with and top pros for sure. Definitely looking forward to working with them again.

Joe and his team were awesome to work with. His crew came in, worked around my schedule, and CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I would definitely use them and plan to use them again. We had our Kitchen redone along with the hardwood floors. They re-mastered everything to fit/utilize the space and got us the additional counter and cabinet space.

We just got our basement done and I must say we are simply loving it. All Phase Construction has an amazing crew of individuals working for them. We did basement remodel (unfinished prior to with no plumbing) with All-Phase/Joe Stillman. Remodel included a full bathroom (extensive plumbing/concrete work), a large kitchen style wet bar with sink/cabinets/granite countertop/glass doors/mirror, a custom home theater and a large open playroom. Theater included a LOT of custom wiring and installation for multiple components including custom LED accent lights, 9 speakers, various TV/video/stereo components, and large projector, etc. The bar had custom lighting and custom granite countertops. Large full bath installed with closets, shower, vanity, toilet. Used a mixture of LVT and carpet. Also enlarged/opened up the stairway. The entire basement had to be wired as well for lights/outlets/etc. I think we have the most organized and well-labeled electric panel I have ever seen. We had all the interior walls built and drywalled as well as drywalling the ceilings. We installed additional venting to the HVAC system and added a stairway closet. The All Phase crew was fantastic. Those gentlemen were always on time, never late, showed up when they said they would. They were very courteous, considerate, tidy, clean, diligent, competent and conscientious. If there was ever a change to their schedule they always called and let me know. I was very comfortable with them in the house on a daily basis for several weeks. They took extra precautions to try and alleviate the construction dust and protect our existing flooring in our home. Great with my kids and dog. Good guys, every one of them. We are very pleased with the quality and scale of work done. Joe is a straight forward, honest, ethical business owner and I would absolutely recommend him and All Phase. We will be hiring All Phase for our next project in the upcoming year or two!!!
