All Phase Construction recently remodeled our kitchen and also resided our house. They did a fantastic job. Not only was the finished product beautiful the entire process was seemless due to great communication and customer service. Joe was always available for questions. His entire team was extremely professional and I trusted them in my home. I love the kitchen and Joe's kitchen designer really helped us think out of the box and create a kitchen that I couldn't have dreamed of myself. We are having them back in January to redo two bathrooms.

We also contracted Joe and his team for a new roof several years ago. Both experiences were fantastic: quality work, customer service and competitive pricing! I have personally recommended him to many neighbors and friends. All Phase is our go -to provider for all home improvements!

Joe and this team are well skilled and were committed to accommodating what I wanted for my new kitchen. I'm extremely happy with my new custom kitchen cabinets the craftsmanship is fantastic! The team also installed a beautiful new tile floor, granite counters, stone backsplash, added additional lighting and installed my new appliances. I would highly recommended their services to others and would definitely use them again for any future projects.

We are very pleased with the remodeling work Joe and his crew did with our kitchen. We wanted to keep our granite counter tops -- a problem for some contractors. Joe accommodated our request and even repaired a crack in the granite. Joe was always readily available and answered phone calls promptly. Jared and all of Joe's crew were great to work with, and we were impressed with their expertise. We were also impressed with the talent of the subcontractors. Joe honored all of our requests, but also guided us in decisions when we needed expert help or just suggestions. We are especially pleased with the strength and durability of the pull-out shelves, a particular concern for us. We would definitely hire All-Phase again and would recommend it to others.

From the day that we met with Joe about our kitchen, I knew that we were in good hands. The entire company stands behind their work, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and goes out of their way to satisfy the customer. Joe is especially attentive and goes out of his way to make sure things are completed up to his standards and on time. Joe and his subcontractors renovated all the house wood floor and replace all the carpet in the second floor with wood matching and painted all the house interiors. If the result of some work does not satisfy yours he is very diligent correcting it. He also installed new stair rails (iron balusters and wood handrails). The stair looks awesome.

Joe and his crew have completed several jobs in my home over the last year and all of them were completed on time, with attention to detail, with a high level of quality. During the planning stages, Joe made several excellent recommendations that made a very positive difference in the outcome of the job. Joe and his team operate with a very high level of professionalism and keep the work area clean. I just called Joe again this week to do some more work at my home. Since I have found Joe, I am letting him do many of the jobs I used to do myself. I would highly recommend All Phase Construction to anyone for any construction projects they need done at their home!

The result of working with All Phase Construction was a fantastic kitchen, one that we hoped for and received. The work, in addition to usual kitchen work of new cabinets, counter tops, backsplashes, etc., included the demolition of walls, closing off rooms, new ceilings and walls, relocation of electric and plumbing, and the final painting. All Phase staff performed some of the work with their crew while their specialty subcontractors completed the effort. The phases of the work went smoothly. During the initial design and material selection, Joe (the owner) worked with us, providing support, alternatives, experience etc. Prior to construction, Joe maintained contact with us. During the contraction, the foreman, Jared, was easy to work with and kept the project moving. Joe stopped by at critical times and kept in touch via phone and text. After completion, within a day of notifying Joe of some small problems, Jared showed up to make repairs and corrections. Working with All Phase, Joe and Jared was easy and friendly throughout. Any problems or questions were promptly answered and resolved. Their specialty subcontractors were professional and knowledgeable who also worked with us to complete their work.

Had a kitchen remodel done last August, 2014. Did not want any of the contractors to touch the granite countertops we had recently installed, and all, with the exception of Joe and All Phase, said they could not or would not do it. Joe said no problem. And sure enough, he was good to his word. The craftmanship here is simply top notch quality...no laminate, no veneers, just solid wood, and hickory in this situation, a very very hard wood to work with. No problem. Keith, Sam,Rachel, and all the others who worked for Joe were all friendly, accomodating, and extremely competent. Keith is probably the most competent and accomodating cabinet maker I've met in a long long time, reminicient of my father and his skills who did finishing work in cabinet making for 40 years. The cabinets were gorgeous, the center island, also hickory, was painted an antique color and distessed (aged) with great care and quality by Sam and his daughter, Rachel, both Amish. Keith made everything fit to near perfection, and the backsplash tile and lighting were also done with quite a bit of care and quality in mind. Lastly,All Phase were quite reasonable, considering several last minute changes we made. Joe was patient and quite accomodating. If one small criticism, All Phase can get very busy, so it is important to nail them them down to finishing work earlier instead of later, let them know when you want the job to get done. We didn't until late in the game,so it dragged on a little bit longer than we'd like. But this is small potatoes compared to the all round quality work we got. We would recommend them highly for top notch quality work without those drain the bank prices.

We hired All-Phase to replace our roof that was damaged in the 2014 hailstorm. Joe has been very professional, always on time and prepared, right from his estimate to the actual work and the follow-up. The crew did a very thorough job, and cleaned up well. I would highly recommend Joe and his company for any future work. We intend to hire them for other types of projects in future.

I recently hired All-Phase to perform repairs to the vinyl siding and roof shingles that were damaged by the May 2014 hail storm. I am very impressed by Joe's honesty, professionalism, quality of work and responsiveness. I would highly recommend All-Phase and would definitely hire Joe again.

I am very happy with my overall experience with All-Phase Construction. My home was damaged in the May 2014 hail storm and I interviewed four roofing contractors in the Chester County PA area. I scheduled appointments with each to visit my home for damage assessment and to provide an estimate. The first arrived and never even looked at my roof, they were most concerned with what kind of insurance coverage I had, and never gave me an estimate. The second arrived and again never made the effort to get up on the roof for an inspection. His main selling point was a fancy brochure and assurance that at least one worker would speak English. The third contractor never showed up for the appointment and when I called to ask when they would arrive they were annoyed at me. I finally had the pleasure to meet Joe from All-Phase who arrived on time and actually inspected my roof top to bottom. He pointed out all the damage and even some short cuts made by the original builder in 2007. He provided me an estimate and even arranged to be present when my insurance adjuster assessed the damage. The work was scheduled quickly and his crew was top notch, and very efficient. Thank you All-Phase Construction.

Joe and his team performed work on the exterior of our house in addition to adding 3 transom windows with custom molding. Joe was very responsive, professional, efficient and easy to work with. The work was impeccable. I highly recommend All-Phase Construction. We will certainly be calling on Joe for future projects.

They did all the siding replacing, gutters, and many other jobs. They were on time, very professional, and polite. All the workers were good guys and I can't say enough good things about them. They were crazy to come when it was so cold. They came in close to the estimate, approved work before they did work, and we will be hiring them again.
