Description of Work: Installed new home security system. It went resonably well. I did not accept their first quote as I had other options, but when told I was not going to have it installed that day, they lowered cost 20%, which I then accepted.

+ -1 moreI disliked everything about them and had them remove the system. They installed the system as if they were ADT but they really farmed it out to another company. They left one sensor off so you could walk in through the garage so it wasn't at all safe. The vendor that installed it said they would deal with it and they never did. I tried to deal with ADT because I contracted with them and that was where I sent the payments. They said they couldn't deal with it because they didn't install it. We went around and around for many months. I insisted that they remove the system and that took 6-7 months for them to actually remove it. They finally did. I would not recommend them. I thought the price was the same as any other security company but I really don’t know. They would make appointments and not show up. Some of the people were okay. I would discourage anybody from using them.

Description of Work: Not very impressed. Moved into our home. Alarm technician didn't know how to reprogram the code. Sales guy came and gave a 'security assessment' - not very comprehensive. I was going to upgrade system, think I will swap out to another provider.
