3:16 Gutters

Our newly purchased home was in desperate need of gutter and exterior cleaning. Mike had great communication and showed up promptly for an on-the-spot estimate and on our scheduled work day. Mike did fantastic work on overflowing gutters, algae-covered exterior, and a patio that was overtaken by moss and dirt. Our house truly looks new. He gave me plenty of advice for additional projects that would benefit our home and gutter health in the future. Couldn't be happier with his work and I would recommend Mike and 3:16 Gutters to anyone.

We just bought the home and knew the gutters had not been cleaned out in over 2 years. Mike showed up and was very informative and quickly went to work. Mike advised us the gutters were all clogged and he cleaned them out. A piece was broken and Mike fixed it back to health. Not knowing the conditions of the gutter Mike advised us they were fine and nothing else had to be done. I appreciated the honesty and knowledge that he brought. Definitely will use them again. PS not waiting over 2 years like the previous owner.

I had a great experience with Mike: he was prompt and professional. When he saw that my problem was a roof issue rather than a gutter problem, he was quick to let me know this. House and garage pressure washed. Replaced a piece of spouting. Did a great job, and takes pride in his work. Will use him again.

I contacted 3:16 Gutters after a few disappointing phone calls and estimates from other companies for the pressure washing of our home. When I called 3:16 and explained what I wanted, they didn't balk, as another pressure washer did. Mike's philosophy was, "It's your house, we will do what you want to have done!" And he did. We could not be more pleased with the results of the pressure washing. Our house looks like new. Mike even gave me some pointers about how to keep the algae build-up off of our walkway and porch so we didn't find ourselves with the same issue again so quickly. He arrived on time for both the estimate and on the day of the cleaning. We are so happy with the results!

He not only cleaned our gutters but secured loose parts as well. Communicated well with homeowner about what he was doing and cleaned up thoroughly. Would definitely hire him again and recommend his services to friends and family.

Had gutters cleaned and house power washed. Very satisfied with the quality of the work. Called Monday for estimate. Came out Tuesday. Work was completed on Thursday.

Here on time , did a great job , cleaned up , and in fact charged us less then he quoted because it didn't take that long to complete .

Work was done promptly, same day as the work was quoted.

he gave ma a quick estimate and when he showed up, we discussed the addition of gutter guards and a cap to separate gutters on other side of duplex. He gave a reasonable price for the other necessary work besides the cleaning. He was able to complete the job quickly, as he had the additional material in his truck.

Excellent service and results! Immaculate is not too strong a word to describe how clean the house looks now. Mike De Hart is a good guy who does great work.

On the Thurs/04 August, Mike arrived 15 minutes early (which was great)! Proceeded to find the problem with the gutter, repair it and then tested it with the garden hose and put the gutter shields on. He also went out of his way to trim back my tree, which was causing a lot of the leaf problems. Mike is very knowledgeable, along with being very nice and easy to explain things to. His wife, who mans the office, also is very friendly and comfortable to deal with over the phone. I couldn't (at this time), afford to have gutter shields put everywhere I wanted them, but I'm scheduling to have it done within 30-60 days, and would have no one else but Mike (3:16 Gutter). It is so much nicer dealing with the owner, that is also the installer, as the left hand always knows what the right hand is doing. This is so unlike having an estimator out, then having someone else come out to fix the problem or do the installing, and thus a major breakdown in communications. I am a very happy customer!!!!!!

Mike was a true professional for our job. He did the best he could considering the situation of a rotted wood fascia board and was able to make repairs that should save further damage in the short term. He was more than fair, did what he said and a pleasure to work with! Thank you for your help and honesty.

Contractor: 1. Came by to take a good look at the damage before providing an estimate 2. Was friendly and took into account what we told him regarding our old gutters and roof 4. Explained the pros and cons of possible solutions in detail 5. Provided and estimate then and there 6. Was punctual on the day of the job 7. New gutter system looks really solid and much nicer that the old one ever did 8. Made minor repairs to small issues uncovered during the repair job (at no extra charge) 9. Cleaned up after himself, took all of the pieces of the old gutter, left no junk on the yard

The owner of the business arrived on time; quickly determined the problem - a totally blocked butter on the second floor level that was covered by a gutter helmet - and corrected the problem in a professional manner. I would definitely use this contractor again and would recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Excellent from start to finish! Mike and his team were very responsive from the minute we contacted them for an estimate. We always budget for worst-case-scenario, so we were pleasantly surprised when they called 2 days before the job to let us know that the price we had been quoted at had actually been reduced (due to a decreased cost in aluminum)! No hidden surprises or fees, straight-forward and very friendly! HIGHLY recommend!!

We were getting water in our basement. Multiple gutter companies insisted we needed new gutters around our bay windows. This meant $$$. I called 316 gutters and had Mike come out to give me a quote. He was punctual and easy to talk to. He was the only person to get on my roof and inspected all aspects of our gutters. Turns out our problem was from the second floor gutters. He cleaned and fixed the sagging issue. He actually took our house up there to make sure water would flow correctly. So far, no more water or moisture in our basement.

Mike did a great job. We were getting water in our basement toward the beginning of a multi-day rain storm - Mike came out that day and did all the work necessary to get our gutters working smoothly. With the water draining properly, our basement is now dry.

My house is 25 years old and I was not sure if we needed new gutters or just a good overhaul. I called several providers for estimates but 3:16 was the only company that responded in a timely manner. Melissa called and set up a time for Mike to meet with me to assess the job at hand. Mike arrived on time as promised and did a thorough review . He told me that although the gutters are 25 years old they are still in pretty decent shape and he did not see a need to go to the expense of getting new ones, but agreed that getting the covers would drastically cut down on the need to clean the gutters. He showed me samples of the materials used which are made right here in Lancaster County. Mike is a very service oriented person so it was a no brainer to hire him. Mike worked diligently and completed all the agreed upon work.-he even took the time to clean the fallen leaves off my deck! When he was done what a difference! Even from ground level I could see that every thing up there looked so much better than it was before. What was really impressive was that they called a couple of times to follow up with me after the job was complete and make sure that I was happy with their work. The second time Mike called was after some heavy rain -I was glad to report that we no longer hear the water from overflowing gutters crashing down on the deck below! I was very satisfied with 3:16 gutters from the time of my first phone call through the installation. Calls were returned and everything was done as agreed. The price was very reasonable and I was very satisfied with the work. Mike took the time after he was finished to show me around and explain what he had done.I would highly recommend 3:16.

This experience was like a dream. The provider showed up on time for the estimate. He provided an estimate within 15 minutes. The estimate was more than $100 less than other estimates I had received. He was able to do the job 2 business days later. The work was competed in less than two hours and looks fantastic. Michael, the owner, was not looking to overcharge or sell me things that I didn't need. He was friendly, prompt and very helpful in completing this small job.

They explained stuff and did a good job. Every thing was really good. He was excellent.
