I was losing power intermittently in the living area of my home, which was making me quite nervous. It happened again overnight and I called really early in the morning expecting to leave a message. They answered the phone and were extremely understanding. They are not too far from me and were here in within the hour. As soon as the electrician walked in the door the lights came back on. He proceeded to check everything anyway and found that the problem was a burned out outlet. The issue was repaired in no time at all and he further went on to show me exactly what happened and why. He also took the time to show me how to properly install an outlet if I ever needed to do so. From the time I placed the call to the successful resolution took less than an hour.

Albert was hired to put in electrical units in a new part of the house; our mud room and new side porch. He ended up doing those and also repaired some old electrical wires, checked our box in the basement and gave me a lesson on how to do the same.We not only recommend Albert, but plan to call him back to do some more work.
