+ -1 moreThough it took a little longer than expected, Tom adjusted the labor charge to reflect the expected time for the job. He has always responded promptly and professionally in the past on jobs when we have used his services. He installed a new furnace/air-conditioning system in our home in 1997, and in my parents' home the next year.
Description of Work: Tom installed a heating run from our furnace to a previously unheated space on our second floor.
