The service was done better than expected, the businesses is a family affair run by Jim and his son and daughter. I will remain using Jim as all work done was in an excellent and professional manner!

He's excellent. It's him and his staff which are his children. They do very well. They're very good. They always call you back. I was looking for someone to do yard work because the person we were going to use got sick and he couldn't do it. I called a lot of people, just about everyone responded except for one man he took all the information, but didn't call back. I mean at least call some back, I don't care how busy you are. They came and put my sink in because I had a countertop. He's polite. He does a good job at a fair price. They don't try to cheat you or pull the wool over your eyes. When he says he's coming, he comes. If he's going to be a little late, he'll tell you hey I'm stuck on another job, but I'll be there, and then they end up coming on time anyway! He's just a nice person. I wish everybody was that way in all the fields.

i left several messages, he finally called and said he will stop by the house to see what my furnace might need so that he can install it. He didnt stop by, he didnt call left more message never got back...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

The same brother and sister team that had served me previously and, as before, were well organized, meticulous and personable.

He and his son are excellent. He took his time, and said that we could call him in the future if we have any more questions. They were nice and polite. He was recommended by someone at my church and Angie's List. He also said that they will call us next year, and will come back and check the boiler again.

Jim and Robert came on time and, fixed 2 very difficult problems when we had granite countertops and a new sink installed. They brought the right tools, actually picked one of the faucets themselves and they work quickly and professionally. The charges are more than fair. We have used them in the past and will use them again in the future, I'm sure. We have no problem recommending them for any kind of plumbing job you need. Peter and Mary Boyer
