HEADS UP FLOORING

Was very responsive initially, but when I followed up on the estimate and to possibly hire I must have called 1/2 a dozen times with no response. If you’re too busy to take on the job no big deal. But to not have the common courtesy to make a simple return call to a potential client really burns me, I find it unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Too bad because otherwise I was quite impressed and hoping to enlist their services

Prompt, courteous, and willing to work around space issues. I was extremely satisfied with the finished product.

It was unprofessional to come and say your gonna do a job and then not be able to do it and yet you have 15 people working for him and due to another job he could not do it.

The owner, Leonard Wargo, came out to the house to provide an estimate at no cost and explained the entire process. I had many questions and he answered them all. Lenny and his crew were on time, professional, friendly and neat. As expected, a fine layer of dust covered everything left in the rooms that were refinished but all shavings (or whatever they are called) were removed by the crew. Once the floor had dried completely, I dusted all surfaces and wiped down the walls, especially the bottom 10' or so. Although the finished floor is not perfect, overall I am happy with the results. I would give a definite thumbs up to Heads Up Flooring.

I used them in the past and they were good. They were knowledgeable, professional, had a good product and a fair price.

They came out beautiful and workers were very nice. A little bit of dust around, but otherwise excellent job! On time and on budget.

I wanted to replace carpeting which was old and worn in my mothers home and went to a home improvement store to order carpet. They said that they did not remove the old carpet, and that I would be responsible to remove the old carpeting. When I took the old carpeting out, I discovered nice, but very old wood floors under them. I called Heads Up and Lenny came out with in a day or two to estimate the job. I already had two estimates, but one guy seemed like he did this work "on the side" and the other guy couldn't give me a date that he could do the work for at least another week or two. Lenny came in $150 less than this guy and could do the work in about a week. They came out as scheduled and sanded the floors, then put down a coat of polyurethane on the first day and then came back each of the next two mornings to apply another coat of polyurethane. They also moved the radiators and re-installed them. I only wish they put thicker coats of Poly on the floors because they are very old and have lots of cracks and gaps in the wood and this may have helped fill them in more...but the floors look great anyway.
