Mark was a pleasure to work with because I was concerned that the carpet would not be cleaned before the holidays. He made every effort to make sure the appointment would be convenient and I am very pleased with his expertise and efficiency!

Mark responded to my inquiry immediately, discussed his plans, gave a rough estimate over the phone and made an appointment. He kept the appointment as stated,went over the plan and price. He did an absolute fantastic job in clearing a very difficult carpet. He even made friends with our Norwegian Elkhound. I will definitely use his services again and enthusiastically recommend him to anyone!

Very polite, but did not provide the full service that was texted to me. I did not receive the deodorizer as part of the cleaning. I was looking forward to smelling the evidence of having the carpet cleaned. It actually smelled weird in my bedroom when I went to bed.
