The service was excellent. Mark came on time, explained what he was going to do, and the end result was perfect. He carefully reviewed the bill with me, and made sure I understand everything. He was professional and curteous.

Mark was very thorough and knowledgable. My carpets, although older, came out much cleaner than they had with other services in the past. Mark was also very personable, and that goes a long way with the consumer. Overall he did a good job.

Great guy to talk to and work with but if I knew I was paying to only have my carpets watered down and sucked dry I NEVER would have used him. NOT one stain was removed !!! My bissel rug cleaner did a much better job. What a waste of $$$$. Had to call another company in to clean them the right way and it cost me less than this guy. Now they look like new.

Mark did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. He was very courteous and conscientious. Using the Service Magic site to get his contact information was really helpful since we are new to the area. It can be difficult to know who to call for good service, but Mark definitely lived up to his 5 star rating on the service magic site. Mark is a very polite and professional person. He did a wonderful job removing stains and smells from my carpet. He even returned the next day to sanitize the carpet one more time - at no charge!
