John is a true craftsman! He did an outstanding job on our home and one of the best parts is that he did the plumbing, electrical, tile, drywall, carpentry and finish work... we didn’t have to hire multiple contractors because he did all aspects of the job. Thank You For a great job John!

The project consisted of a full bathtub replacement, shower wall tiling, floor tiling, light/fan installation, and some wall damage repairs. Since we had him here for tiling the bathroom we also had a mud area to the back deck tiled as well. John was great from start to finish. He was very responsive when we contacted him. He was up front and straight forward when we hit snags in the project and I always felt that he had our best interest at heart and was willing to do what was needed to make us feel happy and good about our choice to have him do the work. When the tub was removed, he found some mold and water damage in the wall behind the tub and the floor. He was able to roll with the punches and include replacing the floor for us without serious timeline or budget setbacks. All in all John was great to work with and we're very happy with the results and highly recommend him.

I contacted John Santana, of Choice Home Repair, explained what I needed done and setup an appointment with him to come and look at the jobsite and to discuss in further detail what is required to accomplish what I wanted. John arrived at the appointed time, he thoroughly assessed the area to be worked on, brought to light some areas of concern and made some suggestions on how he would go about to resolve these issues. He also took the time to explain why they needed to be considered. Afterwards, John worked up an estimate, in a reasonable period of time. I thought his price was more than fair and had him draw up a contract. After singing off, I fronted him the funds for materials that needed to be special ordered. When John began the job he partitioned off the area to minimize dust and he cleaned up at the end of the day. Being that this job was done in December, I allowed John to setup in our heated garage where he could work. Here too he partitioned off that area to minimize the dust from his saws and other tools needed for the job. John Santana is a very conscientious, honest, and polite professional that does high quality work. He goes beyond the norm so that in the end everything about the job is solid and looks great. I highly recommend John for any home improvement work needed and would definitely hire him again. Actually, I’ve already discussed with him about the next project I will be doing.

John's work was better priced than the other estimates we got. He is very friendly and easy to discuss any new ideas that we came up. We are so pleased with the end result! John was clean, friendly and really wanted to make sure that we were happy with the product. The craftsmanship and professionalism was very good! Never been disappointed. When John arrived he jumped right in did what was needed to do, Did an excellent job and went over and above what he said he would do. Made sure all was perfect neat and even primed the walls. Oh, also finished the ceiling at no extra, which was not included in the estimate. We had a miscommunication in the beginning but all is good now. For sure will call again.

Throughout the whole experience John has been an utter professional and by the end of the renovation I can honestly say we became good friends. John was quick, easy to work with, and paid great attention to detail. He really aims to please. He even found some things that he wanted to touch up that went unnoticed by myself. John is wonderful. This home is a vacation home, so no one lives there year round. I live 3 hours from the house. Since the job lasted 2 weeks, I ended up leaving John the key to the home. I have never done that before. As John was removing the floors and paneling, he found an additional leak, and a broken water tank. He immediately called, sent pictures and discussed options. He kept me apprised of each development as we went along. I also made a number of changes in designs while in the midst of the work. John never showed any frustration with the changes, and several times had to make additional trips to buy and/or pick up additional materiel. He finished on time, at the agreed amount, though the job ended up being more time consuming than either of us imagined. The repairs were seamless, and the renovated bathrooms look great. He even added a few finishing touches as a surprise. I am absolutely thrilled with John Santana. I told him that he is now my guy, and have already asked him to quote on several additional items.

John was very pleasant to work with. The house had major flood damage from a water pipe bursting and we were looking to sell the house once all the repairs were completed. We had several contractors come out and do various projects to try and save costs. I wish we had found John prior to starting the work. He was very professional and his work left a great impression on us. By the time John came in, we were exhausted from the process. We just wanted it done and done quickly. John did not take advantage of our mentality, he was sure to get approval for every detail and made suggestions to cut costs and make it look nicer. I am very grateful I was able to find someone with his level of professionalism. He probably could have done cheap work and got out of there with his payment, but he kept his standards and has gained another satisfied client. I will be sure to call him when we need work again in the future.

When we contacted John he was very punctual in getting to us to see what the job entailed. He gave us an estimate and established a date and time that he could do the work. The work was completed with utmost professionalism and expediency. We are very happy to have found John because he is a very meticulous, hard working young man who takes pride is his work. Currently, he is working on a shed project in our back yard and we are lining up several more projects that we will be hiring him to do. If you are looking for a general contractor/handyman, hire John he can do most anything.

John Santana ,owner,was a very punctual ,professional hard worker. Attention was given to all details down to the smallest repair.Tile work was exceptional. The bathroom ceiling was uneven from the time the home was built. He did a wonderful repair that was exceptionally difficult due to the amount of the walls and ceiling being uneven and"off".The wall seams are smooth and perfect. The painted white ceiling and beige walls were neat and crisp with joining area neat and clean. The tile floor was laid perfect and the detail to cutting and shaping the marble thresholds was exceptional. The garage ceiling and wall repair was well done and all cleanup was done well. Would hire again for any home repair in an instant. The lights installed in the bathroom included two owl eyes ,a center fan and light, as well as a light above the medicine cabinet. All switches and lights are well installed with ground faults for safety. I am wonderfully pleased with his work and his employees were just as conscientious and capable.

He retrofitted kitchen cabinets / built an island from existing base cabinets, did electrical work in my living room, and dining room, painted my bathrooms, installed backslash and a kitchen vent, as well as a dishwasher.
