when they replaced the pump they forgot to put an inlet baffle in the dose tank. they promised to come back and replace the missing part that was paid for. I have been calling them since April 2020 and I have not gotten a call back . It is now July and I call every day and leave a message, no response. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy!!!!!!

I have been using Butler's for many years. They have been very responsive. They have trouble-shooted various problem with my septic system and sand mound.

They came very quickly. They found that the problem was easily corrected and we were quite concerned that it might be otherwise. They fixed it and it has been fine since. The pricing is very reasonable. I would use them again.

Butlers Septic Services His name is Homer. He comes out every three years cleans the septic tank. I just call him every three years and he does his thing. He pumps the septic tank, he empties both things, there is a second one but I don't remember what you call it. One is 1,000 gallons and the other one. He does everything, he does septic tanks, he does repair work, he does everything. A few years ago I had a problem and he fixed it. I think he's good, I haven't called around because I like him.
