Jack was the lowest of 3 bids but had an excellent rating on Angie's List. He was punctual and very professional. He completed the work as scheduled and my backsplash is beautiful. I should add that the backsplash included two framed patterns using various sized tiles that Jack had no difficulty completing.

Jack was easy to work with, came when he promised and finished the job two days early. I received two other quotes for the job, one for $4800 and one for $4500. When I sell this house all future tile work will go to " my tile guy", Jack Fritz.

Jack responded and completed my husbands request for tiling our laundry room within 2-3 days. The price was right and the timing was perfect!

Jack showed up on time and did a great job. it was worth the money and i plan on using him again in the future.

Jack, was very flexible with setting appointment for estimate. He gave us a very fair quote. The work was performed on the day and time promised. When a small problem came up, he immediately contacted me asked how I wanted it handled. He completed all work as promised and we are very happy with the new back splash. We would definitely recommend !

I talked to Jack on Thursday 3/7 to inquire about getting a gap grouted between my current back splash and a new kitchen counter top I got installed. I could tell from the first conversation that Jack was a very friendly guy. Jack came out that Sunday to take a look at the job, which I appreciated as I have a busy schedule during the week and am not home much. He was very honest in the fact that the space was too large to simply grout. Instead he suggested that I find tiles similar to what was already on the back splash and that he could cut them down to 1/2" pieces to fill in the gaps. He provided me a quote on Monday and we scheduled him to come out on Friday to do the work. He was running a bit late the day of the job, however called and let me know well in advance. It was fine because he has originally given me an approximate time anyways and I knew he had a job prior to mine. When he got there it was him and one other person. They got set up quickly and were able to get the whole job done in about 2 hours. Again he was very friendly and professional. I was very impressed by the job as the new tiles blended in perfectly with the old back splash (which is probably 8-10 years old - or more).

Not a very good experience with contractor.

We contacted Jack Fritz for an estimate to replace our bathroom floor. He arrived the next day and provided us with a quotation to do the floor and to regrout the tile. We accepted the estimated and the job was scheduled and started on time. Not only were we completely satisfied with the work, but it was completed sooner than expected. Jack Fritz's work is neat and clean and very professional. We would recommend him highly.

The job took 2 days to complete. Both days, Jack was to arrive at 8:30AM. As my phone turned 8:30 Jack was pulling up in my driveway. For the job, Jack provided the cement board, marble threshold strip, and the grout. When Jack and his helper were finished the first day he called to tell me he was finished for the day and that he would be back at the same time the following day to grout. The bathrooms look great and I couldn't be happier. Will definitely use Jack again for future tiling projects.

Jack was the only individual that I contacted that called me back. He was prompt with the estimate, easy to schedule a start date with and finished the job on time. I have an old house where nothing is square or easy and Jack handled the project and issues well. I will definitely use him again if I require the service.

Outstanding! Reasonably prices and meticulous about his work. Can't say enough good things about him. Would highly recommend him for any type of tile work. I will use him again in the future for my tile needs.

Jack scraped and re-caulked a bathtub and shower stall and filled in some areas that needed some help.

We received an estimate and a week later we started. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and extremely happy with the work, cleanup and timeframe. I have used Jack several times over the years and he does great work at a reasonable price. This shower was leaking and it had to be totally ripped out down to the studs.
