 + -1 moreExcellent! He was extremely thorough. This was the second inspection done on the property-- the other was provided by the seller. Hill inspection found really big items that were missed by the other inspector. He also provided a radon company, pest company, septic company and well water company. None of whom disappointed. Even after the inspection, we have called him for recommendations for companies to help remediate the items he found. Really a good guy!
Description of Work: He provided an inspection of a property that my husband and I were looking to purchase.

 + -1 moreHe was extremely thorough, from going onto the roof and checking each area of shingles, to getting into the crawl space, and everything in between. By the end of the appointment, we had gone through every nook and cranny of both buildings, as he took photographs of every area. The end result was an 11 page inspection report complete with all issues noted, recommended fixes, what HAD to be fixed compared to what SHOULD be, etc. This report helped me really take advantage during negotiations and I basically ended up with new plumbing lines and electric lines throughout the house.
Description of Work: Bill came and inspected the house I bought top to bottom, including a detached in-law suite.
