The priced included quality paint by Benjamin Moore in the colors I chose and since I have a Victorian porch there were two colors on the porch posts. There were two coats of paint on all the surfaces. I often checked in with Cal as the work progressed and he was very responsive. The price was adjusted where needed because of additional prep work or added areas to paint, but this was clearly stated. As Cal worked neighbors stopped by to comment on the work and since completion neighbors have asked for Cal's number. He spoke to my next door neighbor's and instead of giving them a price for repainting the house and he told them only certain areas needed repainting and suggested he work on just those spots at an hourly rate.

He gave us an inexpensive quote, but it became a little more expensive as time went on because I wanted things done a little more meticulously. I would have preferred it if right from the start he had offered continued knowledge of what the changes in price would be per the change of direction.

Cal is great - very professional, prompt and responsive. He helped with color selection and quality of his team's work is top notch, plus he's flexible, finding capacity to do some additional work we orignally weren't going to do. Highly recommend - perhaps a bit the more expensive end of the range, but worth every penny for the service and peace of mind.
