Description of Work: He put a system in our basement about 6 years ago at a cost of 12k and was to come with a lifetime guarantee . We have has several problems over the years and after the threat of a law suit he has tried to fix but to no avail. Our leaks are worse than before he put a system in our basement. It is now time to consider legal action. I am disappointed in the provider as well as Angie's list.

+ -1 moreHe said he would let us know that date he could come back. I called him because I was not sure when he was coming and he said he would not be coming out until the following Friday. I said that this was unacceptable since it was supposed to rain again which was going to cause more issues. During out conversation he cursed at me and wouldn't listen and hung up on me. He blames the issues on water coming in through the window but that area is completely dry. He said he is not going to come back however it is written in the contract that the work has a lifetime guarantee. This information is also on his website.
Description of Work: He installed a sump pump and a couple of days later I found it was not working. This caused a lot more damage in my basement. He came back, said that this happens once in awhile and that he would have to come back out to fix it.

+ -1 moreHe was highly recommended by a neighbor. His website said he offers a 10% senior citizen discount. He said I didn't qualify for it because he had to move shelves. When he was finished he didn't put the shelves back up because he had to let the cement dry. He said he would come back the next week. He never came back and I called him and he said he would come out immediately and he never showed up. It has been 4 weeks since he said he would come out and he still hasn't come out. I have been trying to call him and he hasn't returned our phone calls. We ended up having to pay someone else to come out and re-install the shelves.
Description of Work: He installed a sump pump system in the basement to keep the basement dry.
