Steve always has been the fastest respondent to our heating emergencies--which occur, thankfully, infrequently. Not only the fastest to respond, but he presents explanations of work performed (and to be performed), keeps customers "in the loop," is quite pleasant, and respects home owner property. The only thing one really needs to know about the company and the way its owner treats customers is this: after a furnace meltdown, while waiting to receive the new unit, Steve offered to deliver his personal heaters to our home--a 70-mile round trip--to keep us warm. The highest recommendation!

Turns out my grinder pump did not need replacing. Steve was honest; he unclogged the drain to the septic and charged us for labor.

Before he began working on my water treatment system, Steve took the time to educate me as to exactly what he would be doing to complete my project. Now I understand what the system does as well as what the contractor should do when they come to service it. I never understood this before. I was also able to give him a job related to my heat pump and he was able to complete that aspect of my home service needs as well. His price was very fair. So much value for my money. In the future this one talented contractor will be able to do both my plumbing and HVAC work.

Excellent service, honest and great personality

Very responsive service. Steve called me literally seconds after I submitted my job inquiry to Home Advisor. He came on a Sunday to install my new water heater. The project cost a bit more than I would have guessed in advance, and the invoice was not itemized by parts, labor, service call, etc. (making it difficult to evaluate the value I got for price paid). The important thing, however, is that Steve got me hot water again as quickly as possible and did a thorough cleanup job.

I would highly recommend Steve for plumbing jobs.

Two-man team, both very knowledgeable and talented. When faced with challenges of this old house, they quickly and effectively find solutions and keep on working until the job is done and any mess is cleaned and removed.

Steve called the morning after I submitted the request, (I submitted it at midnight), by 11am. . .on a Sunday!!!! He was there that night to try and fix the problem, but had to order the parts. We had already contacted another company, but they didn't know the boiler, and didn't know when they would be able to get the part. . .its over a week, and we still haven't heard back from them that they had the part, however, as soon as Steve got the part from the company, we had heat, and hot water!!! Steve was great, and very professional!!
