Fanrastic! Steve went above and beyond his profession. Not only did he do a great job,he save me thousands of dollars. In my opinion, I being a retired pipefitter, the job was done very well. Steve and his son work as a great team.Thank You, very much.

I called Steve on a Saturday, and he picked up the call himself, not some answering service. I explained the problem I was having and over the phone explained the issue i may be having. He went out of his way. He then he could come out the next day on a Sunday at 9:00 in the morning to take care of the problem with my furnace. He knew exactly what to test and fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. Even after he left, there was a small issue that still remained, and he told me over the phone how to take care of it, and that issue was taken care of also. I will use him again if ever I need a problem looked into.

Steve, Tyler, and Mason were a huge help. When my furnace failed, I tried cold calling and he was at our door an hour later from the job he was at. He installed a new capacitor within an hour and was on his way. A few hours later, the furnace stopped working again, but he came back the next day and installed a new blower motor. Each visit was quick, courteous, and professional, and also provided reasoning, direction, and maintenance tips. Very happy with their work, will be calling again for HVAC inspection in the fall.

Steve and Tyler were at my home in less than 24 hours after my initial conversation with Steve seeking help. They couldn't have made things any easier for me. I needed a new water heater installed as well as a faucet. Not only did they pick up the heater and install it for me, they listened to my concerns, called me from store to let me know the available options to fit my specific requests, and kept me updated on their arrival time. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They also took away my old heater. They offer several services, so I know who I'll be calling if I need anymore work done in my home! Steve and Tyler, of Steve's Oil Burner Service, are experts at their job. They fixed an under counter water filter that was installed incorrectly. Also replaced sink drain, which was not an easy job, Steve and Tyler had to take turns sawing off a part that would not move. It must have taken a good hour to remove. I did not ask, but Steve also caulked around my sink. Steve an Tyler are knowledgeable, professional and most important a pleasure to work with, they go the extra mile to give great service. I felt the cost of the service was very reasonable. They will definitely be my go to plumbers, and I plan to give their card to my neighbors. I called Steve on a Monday afternoon at 1:30pm and they came out to my house the same day (Steve and his son, Tyler) at 4:30pm. We currently have an oil furnace with a gas insert. My gas bill with UGI seemed to be double of what it was prior to a fix that someone did for us back in Oct 2015. Steve came out and said the thermostat was not set correctly and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and we will be using him again when we replace our gas furnace. Thanks Steve & Tyler!

Steve was very knowledgeable and had the parts with him to remedy the problem and get the furnace up and running. When he first called though he did not say who he was with. He just said "this is Steve, what you got going". Not sure who Steve was at first. He can work on his introduction.

Did everything I wanted. My new oil burner also was made in good old USA. He also gave me a break on the cost of the installation because I helped with the work. Highly recommend him
