Nathaniel has done a variety of plumbing and well repair service for me over the past few years. This time he alerted me to a sale on water tanks since he knew I would be needing one very soon. Nathaniel and his co-worker installed the tank and left the job neat as a pin. He has always been professional, knowledgeable and polite. I have total confidence in Nathaniel and his work and would recommend him highly.

There was water leaking out of the pipes going down out of the utility tub to the P-trap connected to the floor. There was a snowstorm that day (don't remember exact date) and despite that, he drove from nearly 30-45 minutes away to deal with the leak. Most appreciated was his willingness to come out in the snow, given that he probably would end up spending more time on the road than actually working on the pipes.

I called to get the service and he informed me that he couldn’t do what I needed.

We had some scheduling issues and then eventually agreed upon a time for them to come by and perform the service. They never showed up and when I tried to reach them back, they never responded. I got frustrated with trying to contact them so I gave up.

When he arrived he placed protection covers on his shoes and was very polite. I felt very comfortable in dealing with him and he was very honest.

The response to my original call was in a timely manner. I got an appointment quickly. He was on time. He was quick to find the problems and correcting them. I would use him again.

See above. Nathaniel, the plumber, was lively, friendly, efficient and generous with his time. He only charged me for the cost of a part for the toilet.

Initially bought service to replace outside faucet, but a leak was found in the pipe, and a different part was needed for repair. Promptly returned and fixed as agreed. Great service!

I heard from Pleasant Valley Plumber promptly after ordering the Big Deal 'Toilet Tune Up'. He arrived when he said he would and was able to fix the problem with my toilet. He also checked for any other plumbing issues. I definitely hire him again.

Fine! After nudging it with his foot a few times and looking inside the pump began to work properly; he said he would be back next day. But there was no need for him to return because the pump's been working fine ever since. AND HE DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THE CALL!

Nathaniel (the owner) arrived on time and was a pleasure to meet. He was very professional at his task and very neat during the process. He explained the work to be done and suggested use and maintenance of the garbage disposal going forward. I am finally happy to use my garbage disposal again and the adjoinging diswasher. I would look forward to hiring Pleasant Valley Plumbing should the need arise again!

Great. The provider automatically ordered a new showerhead and will be back next week to install it. They cut away ceramic tile to find the release clip and removed the cartridge.

Overall it went very well considering it couldn't be service and needed replaced but will say that Pleasant Valley Plumber Inc was very profession and I look forward to use then in the future.

We called on the morning of April 3 because our water heater died. Nate was out that same day to replace it for us. A very nice polite young man.Will use him again and recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber. He also called after the work was done to make sure it was working okay.

Nate is a delightful young man who is friendly and professional. He called before he came and we discussed what the problem was. He arrived at the time he said he would be here. He found the problem quickly, went for the part and fixed it in no time. During his time with us we talked about all kinds of things related to his business and family. Even though their office is in Brodheadsville, I would use them again in a heartbeat as he was honest, sincere, knowledgeable, efficient and professional and their prices are extremely reasonable. Glad they are trying to expand their business into the LV as they are extremely good to work with. I told Nate I would give them a A+++ so here it is!!!

Pleasant Valley Plumber was awesome. Great communication, great professionalism. In fact, after they came to replace the seals on my toilets, I scoured the house looking for other projects for them. In today's competitive environment, it is refreshing to use a vendor that does not over charge and is customer focused. They even followed up with a thank you card. If this entity was publicly traded, I would be a buyer. Again A+ - have their business card in my file ready to use if needed.

Nate was very personable, a truly nice guy! He got in touch with us right away to schedule an appointment at any time that was good for us and was prompt for the appointment. He repaired everything on our list and advised us on a problem we were having with two bathroom shower heads. He ordered a shower head for one bathroom and told us how to clean debris out of the other. He will return to install the part when it comes in (a few days). It was a pleasure to have a repair person come to the house who knew what he was doing, worked quickly and efficiently and explained what he was doing and why. Nate knows plumbing and does a great job. We will definitely use him for all of our plumbing needs and will refer him to our friends and neighbors.

Young Mr. Nate was late, however he did call to update his estimated time of arrival. He was very personable and had a assistant in training with him. He appears to have taken over the family business. And was quick and efficent.
