I chose this company because I've used them in the past. He fixed a toilet and performed a plumbing inspection required by my homeowners insurance. He did a great job. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend him, and I'll use him in the future.

The plumber did a great job replacing the toilet.

He determined I need the entire faucet replaced because the housing was deteriorated from the hard water. The replacement part is covered from Moen's warranty. I just had to pay for labor and service call. When the part was taking too long to arrive he went out and picked one up locally so that I wouldn't have to wait any longer. Unfortunately the originally faucet wasn't installed correctly and Nate had to saw it off. So that added in to the additional labor cost. Nate will go over and above to please his customers and I thank him for that.

But, they were quick to apologize and tell me I can get my money refunded. He was very polite and pleasant to speak to.

Nate called me to explain what he thought the problem was and proceeded to fix it. He is very easy pleasant and easy to deal with.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It turned out fine. We had no problems. He came back actually another time because it seemed like it was leaking and he came back and he made a minor repair and that was fine. He charged us for the parts. It was $39 for an hour worth of plumbing and then he charged us $68 more for the parts. I thought he was very pleasant. He was on time. Actually, we planned to get another toilet and he recommended that we don't do anything with it because it was working fine so I thought that was very honest of him. He could have gotten more money out of it but he didn't.

Nathaniel was prompt, polite, and professional. He expertly repaired a toilet that was constantly running, and then checked the other toilets in the house for any problems. I was very pleased; will call him again.

Unfortunately I was not able to take advantage of this deal due to them being booked until after the holiday and I needed them sooner.

I was disappointed because the service provider informed me that he couldn't replaced my faucet because it was not covered under his insurance.

The plumber came out and he wasn’t able to accommodate my request due to some other work that needed to be done first.

He came in and immediately told me what was wrong and how I could fix it myself in the future. Since this is an ongoing problem for us, the information was very welcomed. He was very professional in all email and phone contact. On the day of the service he called to ask if he could come earlier as his schedule had opened up. I felt at ease with him at once and was comfortable to have him in my home. I even talked to him about future needs and he was very upfront about what jobs would be easy and which would turn into big jobs. He seemed very honest and upfront. We will use him for our next plumbing job, which is sure to come soon given the fact that our home is 110 years old!

Absolutely great! Professional service. We were also looking at having an outside water faucet installed on our front porch. He looked at it, and then discouraged us from doing it. He had experience in the past with our type of brick cracking when drilled. I know for a fact that this type of brick is no longer manufactured. I am so glad that he had the integrity to discourage us from a job that would have made him money, but might have left our home with an irreparable scar on a very visible place!

It didn't. He said he could not do the work.

I noticed water on my basement floor and could not locate the source. Called plumber and he was there within 15 minutes. He located the source of the leak, turned off the water and returned the same day and fixed the problem. I was very pleased with his work and service.

The problem was diagnosed and solved. Initially they tried an alternative solution that would have saved some money but realized that it would not be satisfactory and replaced a part that was needed. Problem eliminated.

He quickly detected the problem of the existing flappers and replaced all three of them. He also fixed the problem with the tank level operation for all three toilets in the house. He was very friendly and patient with all my questions. I had a very pleasant experience with him!

My issue was with my water pump. I called Pleasant Valley and got appt. The worker showed on time and was done in about a hour. He replaced the entire system. He was very helpful in terms advise on potential issues. I would definitely use Pleasant Valley again.

We set up a time for them to come out, and they came out at a different time than we had agreed upon -- an hour earlier. My husband was home at the time and didn't know what was supposed to happen. They did a few things but I'm not sure the big deal was fulfilled. They were supposed to come back but they never called.

The job and the price were excellent. The cost that I could get a replacement water heater from a local supplier was $1100 which I would have put in myself. I contacted several plumbers for a price for the same install which ranged from a low from Nate to a high of $1800. I have a mntc contract for the hot water heater and HVAC and they could not come close in price. I went with Nate and was very happy with that decision. Nate suggested a better brand water heater than the one I had. He arrived on time and was neat and professional. He did charge a little extra (parts only) since the replacement heater required additional fittings and he also added couplings which did not exist. I was happy to pay for the extra parts since it was the right way to go. After the job he cleaned up which included removing the old water heater.

Called Nate from PVP Inc on a Friday night around 630pm when we found the leak. He arrived around 830pm, which I thought was pretty quickly given the time of day on a Friday. He was there about an hour and all was fixed. The cost was around $150.00 dollars to fix the leak which I thought was a little high for the job BUT again it was a Friday night at 830, so I guess it was a fair price. Nate was professional, helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. He also recommended a water system due to our hard water and spoke about how he would put it in. Even though it was recommended, he was not pushy at all. He was just giving his professional opinion, which I agreed with. Dealing with nate was a pleasure and will be using PVP Inc for all of our plumbing needs. Thanks Nate!

Everything went very very well. Nathan is a very knowledgeable plumber and his expertise and professionalism are impeccable. He is very prompt and being aware of the nature of the customer situation, Nathan goes out of his way to accommodate us. We also appreciate his honesty about the work and he is very thorough. He explains everything before taking on the task. I will definitely contact Nathan at Pleasant Valley Plumbing for any other plumbing work needed.
