Description of Work: Basement drain was clogged. We called, left msg (after regular hours), & received a call back in less than 15 minutes. The service technician was contacted, called to inform us when he would arrive & arrive quicker. Very professionally friendly cleared clog & even took a few minutes to look at additional plumbing services. Price, due to the emergency, was very reasonable!

Quotes for each option were provided. All questions were answered in a very timely manner. |The plumber uses the systems he recommends in his own home. Description of Work: This provider was not good at returning my calls and regardless of the fact that I kept leaving my cell number they continued to call my house number, no one is home during the day. Service was never performed!

Description of Work: Two hot water tanks were checked to determine why they weren't producing hot water. Nathaniel quickly diagnosed the problem with one of the tanks and replaced a thermostat which solved the problem. He called back several days later to follow up and make sure there weren't anymore problems.
