Thanks to their professionalism and bucket crane equipment, they were able to methodically work away at the trees removing limb by limb and then top-down with no risk of damage to our roof or the neighbor's. I was present during the 2-day job and am very pleased with their process and the outcome. Everything I asked for was completed.

Mr. Klingel came out with his crew (wife, sons and daughters) early the next morning.  The storm had dropped trees over the access road and damaged half a dozen homes.  Looked like Jurassic Park after the T-Rex ran through.  He had to cut through several trees to reach my home.  Over the next week, he cleared the access roads, removed trees from the houses, relocated the sections and dumped the chippings.  Mr. Klingel is extremely careful and accurate.  I think he could tie your shoes with a front end loader.  He looks around constantly before cutting/dropping anything.  The crew never stops and they always know where they are and where the danger zones are.  The sons lift tree sections on their own and the daughters lift huge branches with no help.  One daughter is a world class athlete and she does not need to waste time lifting iron.  They were careful to keep all the billing separate.  Trees started on one property and crashed down on others.  Prices were low compared to most situations partly due to volume and the ability to leave the equipment overnight.  The emergency work was done within a week or two and the Klingels continued on with work on the common grounds for several months removing eyesores.  Homeowners decided to remove some trees that were now just too close for comfort.  I had two more taken down just because they now looked like raggedy Q-tips and they cost me only $150 each.  (They were rather small and not near any structure or power line).
 Great locally owned family business.  These folks are now friends to all of us and they to us.  (Mrs. Klingel brought out hot, home-made chicken noodle soup for her husband and kids one bitterly cold day and shared it with us "refugees."  It was much appreciated)

Called Klingel's Tree Service from an ad found on Superpages.com.  There were 2 very favorable reviews found there.
They came by within a day or so, evaluated the work to be done [several stacks of tree branches and brush], gave me a reasonable estimate and set up a date to do the work.
This is a local, family owned business.  On the service date, only his son showed up, with the large chipper and truck.  At first I was skeptical about him getting it all done, even with my help [I like to do stuff].  But he worked like 3 guys and we got it all done in short order.
He took about half the chips away and spread the rest exactly where I asked him to.  Everything was removed, including small branches and brush.
Great service, responsive, reasonable price.  I highly recommend and will use them again.

The price was pretty reasonable, because they cleaned everything up, and took away the logs and everything else was chipped. Their service was excellent, and I couldn't tell that anything had been done. We called them, and they came within 24 hours and gave us the price. We agreed to it, and the person came within 2 days, and did what he had to do. He came with a crew; it was three extra people plus him. They were doing all the cleanup while he cut down the branches. He asked if we wanted the logs and I said no, he took the logs. They ground up all the small branches and put it into a cart with a back on it; a little bit of sawdust was all we saw. It only took him about 2 hours and he got it all done. We will be using him again in the future.

He was excellent.  Each tree was about $1,000 and it was interesting to watch.  They are careful, professional, and safety-conscious.  They use top-grade equipment, they are thorough, and the cleaned up after themselves.
