Description of Work: H&P did the roof.. GAF lifetime warranty shingles.. Removed old shingles, installed rubber roofing in 10x11 foot area, skylight, roof vents, ... Relatively simple job, but specific areas required expertise. Very high quality roofing company. Got more than 10 bids, H&P was in the middle on price, but very high on quality..
