They inserted a ventless fireplace into our already existing log fireplace. I purchased the insert and they sent a technician out here. It was during the crazy cold that we had here in Pennsylvania. They installed it. It was no fuss, no muss, no bother. It was hassle free. The technician was extremely professional in that regards. There was a chance for the soot and the carbon that I already had existing in my fireplace. I have hardwood floors and very light colored furniture in my living room. He made sure he put drop cloths down and had little booties on his shoes. When he was done, he scooped everything up and took it with him. It was like nobody was even in my living room. You could tell he has done it previously. They are a top notch company and big. They are a big company. I can see why they have been in business for a while.

They sent out flyers for maintenance, a checkup and cleaning for you HVAC system. It was a set price. That is what I had them do. I had the technician come out and do like an overall cleaning and maintenance. They were very prompt, very courteous, very friendly, and they did excellent service. The summertime season was approaching. It is a good idea to get your HVAC system cleaned. That is really what it was for. It was a solicitation for a nominal fee that they would come into your home basically it was like an inspection. To make sure your wires weren't bare. That is was working basically. They just did an overall cleaning. He added freon and that was it. I liked the simple fact that they knew right off what was aft of them. There was like no delays. They did not try to badger me into buying anything additional. It was like what their flyer said and what they would come in and do. A routine maintenance cleanup. They got right down to business, did what was expected, took their payment and they were gone. It was like hassle free basically. The technician was extremely professional. He left his card and said if there was any issues, we could call him directly and he would be out. And I could schedule them the following year for the same service, if I choose too. For what he did, I think that $80 was a fair price. I would highly recommend them and would use them again for any service they provide.

It has gone great. Any time we need them, they're here within a day unless it's really an emergency. They've come in and they've done a fantastic job. They just brought me fuel oil a couple of weeks ago. We use them all the time. We originally bought the furnace from them. We bought the fuel drums from them. We get our heating oil in the fall from them.

Bradigans has been the source for our oil heating and furnance service repairs since we first bought our house almost 7 years ago. They are always friendly and every person I have encountered has been great, from requesting oil heating to the delivery driver, along with the workers that provide tune-up or furnance services are wonderful! They often offer specials and their prices are reasonable for the services they provide. They also carry out their services in a timely manner. Great company and one I plan to continue to do business with for many more years.

Their price is pretty good. They are very punctual. They come when they say they are going to come. They have fast service.
