The technician was only at the house for 15 minutes. I have cameras up that show when they arrived and when they left. They claim they sprayed the whole house and garage. My house sits further away then the garage. After about 15 days we started noticing wood boring bees again. The owner was to send the tech back out when we would be there. They left a message to call the office to schedule. I was in court on jury duty and did not return the call. A few days later I get home and they leave a note that they were there. Bad customer service

Service is prompt, fast, thorough, and safe for humans and pets. I have Armstrong Animal & Bug Control come every year and we continue to be pest free. They spray the house, basement, attic and outside perimeter of the house including any detached garages. This year we had a HUGE vole problem. Three days after they were here - I don't see any voles. I highly recommend this team to solve whatever pest issues you may have. Additionally, they are more than happy to answer any of your questions regarding their pest treatments.

Randy Smith is the name of the owner. We like him because he is his own business instead of a team. He doesn't try to sign us up for quarterly treatments that we don't need. He worked with us to use a minimal amount of chemical. He was pleasant, professional and flexible. With regard to responsiveness, he was very busy, so he didn't get back with us as quick as we would have liked, but that's how it goes.
