+ 2 moreRyan and his crew work impeccably. When we first purchased our home, we hired them to install a new wood burner and re-evaluate our chimney lining. They thoroughly inspected and offered multiple options for repairs. They worked quickly and cautiously to restore the chimney back to safety. It's nice to rest assured on the coldest of days with the wood burner pumping out heat! We have recommended the FCP crew to countless friends who agree, their work is OUTSTANDING! FCP also cleans our chimney and wood burner annually.

+ -1 moreAfter switching the date on me at some inconvenience, they came and did find problems. I asked for an estimate of the options for fixing the chimney and never got a response, despite several telephone calls and broken promises. I now have to start with one of their competitors, which is fine, but meanwhile they keep sending annoyoing weekly emails promoting their specials. Don't hire this company, because they won't follow through!
Description of Work: I suspected there were safety problems with my chimney and hired them for a Level II inspection.
