Great job! Everything we hoped for and more!

Initially they did a good job. A couple weeks after they completed the job the mold came back. They came back and treated it again. A few months later a home inspection was done and there was evidence of mold again. I spoke directly to the owner, Cliff, and he told me he would go there over the weekend and get back to me. That was over a month ago, a few text messages and a few voicemails. I still have not heard back from him. I would not use him again.

We have used them several times before in the past for carpet cleaning, which they did a great job on. I think they did a great job. Called at 7PM, he arrived around 8PM that night and stayed until about 9:30 PM by which time he had vac'd up as much water as he could, installed the fans and dehumidifiers. He came back the next day to check to see how well the carpet was drying. I called them a couple of times to get some assistance with the process and they were prompt in calling back. After two weeks you can't tell we had any water - no smell, carpets clean and tight. I highly recommend them.

I asked for our Persian wool carpets to be picked up and cleaned and prepared for storage and when I received the carpets six weeks later they were not properly wrapped, the paper was torn, and when I unfolded the rugs they were odorous and covered with lint. They obviously were never cleaned let alone prepared for storage. The manager was extremely rude (he began to call me names) he raised his voice and was very defensive when I called to complain. Very unprofessional.

Because of the quick response damage was held to a minimum.They will be back to clean my carpet and furniture after the dry wall is replaced and the painting is completed

I have used them three times so far. Always on time, explained everything he was doing such as special spot treatments, didn't mind moving some pieces of furniture to get some hard to reach areas. Very reasonable price

The pick-up was a little rocky. On my third call, someone finally came out to get the two area rugs I had cleaned (8' x 10' and 4' x 6'). The work itself was incredible! The rugs look like new and to say they are competitively priced is an understatement.

Fast and efficient.

I've been using them for 3 or 4 years. The price was reasonable. They are on time and come when they are supposed to. They do a good job. They are easy to get along with and they are friendly people.
