Description of Work: We called NEWCO to provide an estimate for installation of ductless air conditioning in our home. The gentleman arrived promptly, and provided the necessary information. His visit was not as lengthy as others. However, he called that same evening with a verbal estimate and two days later we received a written proposal.

 + -1 moreNewco Heating and AC gave me a quote back within a week. I needed to have a roof exhaust replaced. They ordered the part and replaced it. The part was $200 and they charged me the standard service fee of $78. They also replaced the stainless steel cap that had rusted away after 10 years. They didn't know what the price of the part would be, but they said it would be easy to replace, it was just a matter of four set screws. And they recommended painting it afterwards, so my son painted it, and it should last longer than the 10 year one. It was straightforward. It all happened within a week. I've had work done by them in the past - they installed a heat pump last year and it took them only a week and a half. It has saved me about 400 gallons of oil a year. I use them for my annual maintenance also.
