+ 0 moreFred came in with a good price and even though being behind schedule, due to Covid-19, he got to the job in a decent time-frame. The team all worked together well. He did all repairs required, in order to have a satisfactory job, when completed. In addition, he was able to do some minor masonry repairs, which were needed, to my chimney. All in all, I was pleased with Fred, the crew and the results. I would not hesitate to call on him, again. A lot of work!
Description of Work: Re-roof entire, 2 story home, after being prompted by some wind damage.

Description of Work: Tore off a double roof on the house and detached garage. Replaced the roof and the metal pieces that go down the sides (drip edge?). Added a small amount of siding to the peak of the garage. Added a zinc strip on the roof upon my request. Worked Saturday and Sunday to get the job done. The owner, Fred, was a real professional--did not cut any corners at all. If he saw something one of the men did that he didn't like, down it came. The men were great to have around, easy to talk with and responsive.

+ -1 moreMr.V's construction was the lowest estimate by $1,600. I joined Angie's list specifically to check the reviews. They were great. Fred (the owner) is very knowledgable and presented all of my options in detail. Fred's crew showed up on time and were very hard working and mannerly. They left my property clean and void of all debris. I highly recommend Mister V construction.
Description of Work: Complete re-roof of house. 1800 square feet.

Description of Work: Removed shingles and worn plywood; replaced lumber, drip edge, ice & water shield and shingles. Removed all debris.
