They were punctual had to move a glass curio, leather couch, recliner, and 2 bedroom suites one of which was antique, asked them to be careful, move went ok then upon arranging my bedroom noticed scratches and whelks off dressers called them took them a month to sent a furniture repair person and he can’t fix it, meanwhile 2 months later no one is returning my calls and the antique bedroom suite I HAD is now ruined!!! Very unprofessional!!!!

It went great, nice and smooth. Again I would truly highly recommend these guys.

Johnny and the team did an awesome job. In just 2.5 hours they moved EVERYTHING from the house and garage, properly positioned the furniture, and took great care of all items as if it were their own. They did a professional job, were flexible, knowledgeable and had terrific personalities! I'd recommend them for others and will definitely use them again.

Johnny on Spot and his employees are courteous, polite, very efficient, They helped tear down our furniture and put it all back together at the new home. and made sure everything was right where we wanted it before they left. We were planning to move a table set from a relative's house next Spring but due to unforeseen circumstances, we ended up having to bump it up to the week after the event occurring. We ended up doing a last minute booking via the U-HAUL site and we opted for this mover for our assistance with the side of the move involving our relative's house. The house in question is in the mountains and is not a GPS friendly location, nor are there many landmarks, or street signs. So obviously people are going to get lost in the process. (Even we get lost trying to find this house and we've been there a few times) They managed rather well, getting to the house within a reasonable amount of time and having the forethought to call when in doubt of a direction to turn. My husband ended up going up there solo and these folks were very helpful in loading the set for him. They were very friendly and were able to resolve an issue of him not bringing a lock by purchasing one up there. (In hindsight we should have provided one but we were distracted.) That was the only additional expense up there and it was a reasonable one. The only hiccup came due to my husband not wanting to go to the store himself to purchase the lock and him asking them to mail the key to the lock they purchased to him instead. Being that they taped up the envelope pretty good, I'm more likely to blame the ripped up envelope we received on the postal service and not them. But it's ok. We owned the lock so we were free to cut it when the box got to our home. Most importantly though, the contents inside got to our house undamaged.

They were Great, very punctual and a very professional and they didn't cost an arm and a leg either. We will certainly use them again on our next move. We really can't say enough good things about their service.
