+ 2 morethese people suck at doing concrete work! bad finish, seams are so bad, you can trip on them, the concrete is already cracking and peeling. they were so bad we threw them off the job! they did not return phone calls, or adhere to a work schedule. then when we questioned them about the work, they became rude and demeaning to my wife and myself, claiming "we have been doing this for 25 years!" do not hire this company for any reason! if you do, you will be sorry!

+ -1 moreI called this company on recommendation. He was slow to respond on initial contact. I get it, people are busy. When he did get to my house he said he would pull some ceiling panels and get a goo look at the construction before providing any kind of estimate. I asked for a detailed estimate with breakdown of multiple components of the work and options for how much cosmetic work we wanted included vs just "fixing" the problem. Texted me the full quote without any breakdown or details. I asked again for more info. Never heard back. Went to the priopeiorty and none of the panels were touched. Will not call again.

+ -1 moreFull Phaze got an a "A" from the other review on Angie's list but he didn't even have the courtesy to call to say he couldn't make the appointment. he made.
Description of Work: I sent him an email describing the project I wanted done. He had his assistant call me back to make an appointment and then he didn't show up, no phone call, email, nothing.. I called back and left a voice mail message but he never returned the call.
