These guys were great! They managed to squeeze me in--despite being busy as the heating season approaches--and they charged a reasonable price. Best of all, they shared a lot of information about my heating and cooling system to help me better maintain it. I will definitely call them the next time I need a service, and I recommend them highly.

I have nothing but praise for this guy. I have the utility protection so it didn't cost me anything. They put everything back the way it was. They did an excellent job, I was very happy with them.

Mark was on call on the Saturday that our water heater decided to quit. He was very patient in answering all my questions, responsive when I called back with more questions, and even called the plumbing supply co. to confirm what we needed. They were on time, quick, and nice. We've used Krasavage for a number of household repairs and have been very happy.

....Sent two men,oneman did all the work,other man watched.The man that watched made out the bill.Was charged $45.for man that worked,$45.for man that watched,and $45.service call fee.I was charged $135. for thirty minutes work.One 3/4 '' valve $18. and $5.for solder. I did have some work done with Carl Krasavage and Sons Plumbing and Heating. They are listed on Angie's List. My experience with Mr. Krasavage was outstanding. They are really good. They are very good, highly recommended. I have had them many times in my house and first of all basically their guys are all technically very proficient. They really get here quickly when I need somebody whether it is a heating problem or a plumbing problem. I am just always happy with their work. I think they are an 'A' all the way for the grading. I absolutely will see them in the future if needed.

We recently moved into a home and the bathtub faucet and shower head were not working properly. I contacted Carl Krasavage & Sons and within a half hour they were there to assess the problem. The two plumbers, Brian and Walter, were professional, knowledgeable and precise. You could tell they took pride in the work they did. They arrived right on time to fix the problem and although they ran into some complications, arrived exactly at the quoted price. I would not hesitate to use them again. I am a first time home owner and I was apprehensive at contacting a plumber because I didn't know what to expect in price. Brian was professional and gave me an estimated quote and estimated time of work completed. After they left I had an issue with my furnace. I called and spoke with a man named Scotty, he walked me through the problem and even called back to see if it worked out okay. I am speechless at the level of compassion and professionalism.

I called 5/19/2014. I got a voice mail. The recording stated that if it is an emergency to called their emergency beeper number and leave a message. I did. I figured I had a better chance of them calling me back than if I left a message on their office phone. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. I have a leak in my laundry room, and it's leaking into my garage. I found it Saturday when I was trying to straighten up the garage. When I was pulling stuff away from the wall I found all this water, and the wall is wet and moldy near the the floor. He has 24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE, what a crock, I couldn't get a call back.

THEY WERE EXTREMELY QUICK AND I WAS CHARGED A FAIR PRICE. WOULD DEF RECOMMEND.

We had just moved into our new home and found out that an elbow joint in the basement had a pinhole leak after we had turned the hot water back on. They were fast, respectful, and competent.

They were very professional and the building inspector said that they did an excelent job. I was very happy with the result and would recommend them.

So far so good. They installed a new unit and did all the necessary upgrades, in addition to tuning up the remaining boilers.

Service went without a hitch. Delivered the service as promised.

He made time to see us rapidly. He evaluates your expected workload based on your call. We have never had to wait long. He doesn't replace anything that does not need to be replaced. He has done a number of plumbing jobs for us and we have always been satisfied. He does not charge ridiculous amounts for his service. We have never had any regrets or concerns. We would give him top marks across the board.

They are excellent. We don't have to wait long. They always respond to us. They are very reliable.

I had a frozen heating pipe. It's extremely cold today and I was very worried about the pipe bursting. Emil and Matt came, got right to work, and had the problem solved in no time. Great workers; I highly recommend them!

All connections were already in place, with the exception of an extender for the gas line. Blower sold to me from Lowes was not the right one for this Fireplace (even though we asked when we bought it), so had to pay for the labor to try to get it to fit (not the contractor's fault).

The plumber was pleasant and professional. However, I think that $100 per hour labor charge is a little excessive. I have a Master's degree and I don't make $100 an hour. Maybe I'm in the wrong business....maybe I should have been a plumber...

A day late, but it was job well done.

Discovered this morning I had no hot water. Found this company on Angie's List. I got prompt service - they were here within 1/2 hour of me placing call! The two men who came were very kind and professional. They left after about 1/2 hour, thinking problem was fixed. Unfortunately, when I tried my hot water two hours later, none. I called back, and once again got a prompt response. He said he knew what the problem was - a switch needed to be replaced. They returned, replaced the part, and now I have hot water! He did not charge me anything for the part, or the replacement thereof. I am extremely pleased with my experience today - despite the fact the problem wasn't fixed on the first visit!

Carl Krasavage and Sons Plumbing and Heating were excellent. We bought the unit at Walker and Sons and they have appliances and plumbing fixtures. They subcontract for Walkers. So that is how we got them and they are very good. They have a couple of trucks on the road and they have 24 hour service.

It went great. There were 2 men that introduced themselves right at the door, went right to the problem. The Fix was under an hour. They were very professional and got right to the problem at hand.

Our old kitchen sink had a slow drip, and Delta faucets had shipped the necessary parts to repair the faucet. However, my husband was unable to remove the old faucet without twisting and breaking the copper pipe. There was too much rust. So we looked on Angie's list. We live out in the country, far from the cities, and 3 of the listed plumbers said they wouldn't drive this far. We called Carl Kasavage and Sons; they promised to come the next day, and to call before they came. They did call, and were here mid-morning. However, they were also unable to remove the old faucet without breaking the pipe. My husband shut off the water to the house, and the plumbers cut out the old faucet. We were looking on the Internet for a replacement faucet set. The only option was for Lowe's to ship one, to arrive in 3-4 days. The plumber got on our phone (we have no cell phone signal in our area) and called several plumbing supply places, to see if anyone had the faucet I wanted. No luck. So he suggested calling Lowe's, that sometimes their internet inventory wasn't up to date. I called Lowe's, he spoke with the clerk there, and indeed, they did have one faucet set in stock. I drove to Lowe's (a 2-hour round trip) to buy the faucet. The two plumbers took a lunch break, and drove around the countryside. They didn't charge us for the wasted time, or for a second service call. They installed the new faucet set, and it works wonderfully. They were both polite, professional, and friendly. I will call them again, if we need a plumber.

They offered and delivered prompt and professional service at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Drain was cleared in fifteen minutes. I had a clogged drain from grease buildup and there was a little problem locating the spot to apply the snake. They were here for an hour or so and worked about fifteen to twenty minutes on the drain with a snake. They did come a ways to get here ( 30-40 minutes if they drove from the shop) but $215 was alot of money. They did a prior installation of a hot water heater six years ago for a reasonable price. They were knowledgeable and efficient. I was quoted 84.00 per hour and 25.00 if they used a small snake machine. They billed me for two hours even though the job took less. I paid 84.00 for travel time. Still they overcharged me as 168 for time plus 25 for the snake which really should not be an extra charge at their rates comes to 193 not 215. The 25.00 became 35.00 after the job was done and even so was still overcharged. I am downgrading my rating after getting the full explanation of th final charge and will not use them again. They raised the price after the job was done and there was no difficulty that justified that.
