I discovered that my basement was flooded at 6 pm and called Bellio. They were able to guide me through shutting off the water supply and turning off the gas supply to the heater to stop the leaking. I was able to pick up a water heater at the local Lowe's store to save time. They were able to install it in less than 24 hours from the time I called them. It was in a very tight space and they were challenged by the difficulty in getting the old one out and the new one in place. I couldn't be happier with the installation and their promptness. I purchased the water heater so the cost of installation and parts is what they charged. They are totally professional and are reasonable in price. I highly recommend Bellio.
