AERUS ELECTROLUX

Description of Work: We came across these folks at a local fair. They were selling Electrolux vacuum cleaners and their brand of "Eden Pure"-type space heaters. Both devices are working quite well. It's been over a year, but I remember they committed to come up to our home (from the next town over) and do some setting up and explanation of the two devices. They showed up as promised and the salesman was very conscientious in his explanations and instructions for any waranty service that might be needed in the future (they would come to us to get the item). It's been about a year and you may wish to reference a more recent review, but that was our positive experience at the time.

Description of Work: We bought an Electrolux vacuum cleaner and two space Aerus space heaters (that are similar to the Eden Pure heaters) at a fair in Scranton. The local company is Aerus, 186-1/2 S. Wyoming Ave., Kingston, Pa 18704. One of the heaters started shutting itself off. The company simply replaced the defective unit with a new one (approximately 3 months after purchase). They were very courteous and punctual in effecting the exchange. The replacement unit started showing the same problem. They apologized, explaining it was a batch of defective internal thermostats that had come in with that shipment, and immediately replaced with a third unit. The is unit along with the other original have been working fine, during this cold winter. Their service was cordial and exceptional, after the purchase was over and done. This shows real integrity by this firm.
