I have always been happy with their work and 100% satisfied. They're very pleasant, and have great customer service.

It is just excellent. We were very pleased with them for everything. I would use them again. About 5 people came out. It took a couple of weeks, and they left the area clean.

Technician Christian was very thorough and explained system maintenance steps. Was careful to not cause any cleanup as a result of his work, and mindful of family pet during his work inside and outside the house.

It went fantastic! They did an amazing job and were really courteous and professional a little messy but.. I will not complain. They were even so nice to return to check an electrical issue that turn out to be nothing. Thanks UNIQUE I will hire them again for the A/C part.

They were able to schedule an appointment quickly but unfortunately the unit and weather condition did not allow them to fix it right away. However, they fixed it on the next appointment and the price was reasonable. We ended up signing a 1-year protection plan with them. Both the receptionist and technicians are professional and courteous. I would recommend them.

I would give them all “A’s” for everything. They’ve been really great. They’re punctual, they’re service is great. They were thoughtful and the price was great. I’ve liked them all the way through. They came out and put more freon in our air conditioner and it was totally reasonably. I think it was like $200 or something. Then they service our furnace and that was probably around $100, but I don’t remember. They were prompt, thorough and responsive. We had them come out in an emergency situation and just for a scheduled checkup and they were good.

So far so good. I have heat. They told me that they will not keep charging me, They said we will keep coming back until we fix the problem and we will not keep charging you, like the other company. I would recommend them for the honesty and reliability.

The salesman that came out was professional and engaging, plus the price was good. Decided to give them the job. Showed up on time every day and left place very clean. The new unit, now 3 years later is working fine. The reason I waited 3 years was to see how the install played out. The unit is working soundly. Now for the bad parts. Every day when they left, I had to go into my driveway, where our cars would be parked, and pick up all the random screws that were laying on the ground. Car tires are expensive these days, and i didn't want the screws ending up in my tires. Also, the electrician was very unprofessional. A couple days later I went down the basement to the breaker box to find he had never put my hard-wired smoke alarm system back on line when done. I was without smoke protection for entire house, and if I hadn't noticed it, who knows how long it would have been off. Lastly, I asked several times to have the electrician leave me a new list of where everything was wired into what breakers, as things were moved around to accommodate the compressor for the A/C. There was nothing, so I had to trace everything out myself to find out what was where. Good and bad, thus a C rating

We requested a quote for a fairly small job (which we noted in the request). We never received any reply, even to tell us the job was too small.

They come out twice a year, I have my ac, furnace and an humidifier and am charged $450 a year. They are terrific, responsive and I have been very impressed from the get go.

It was good. That was my first time using them. They did send me a bill, I haven’t paid it yet. I think the deal was like for $53, but I wasn’t aware of any other cost outside of the deal. I’m kind of frustrated, because I didn’t expect any cost outside of the deal. I was only expecting to pay the price that I was offered through Angie’s List. Which’s makes me kind of skeptical purchasing anymore deals through Angie’s List if I’m going to get bills for service outside the price I was given on Angie’s List. The quality was great. It was just one worker. I wasn’t here, but my mom didn’t have no complaints about him. He increased the amount of heat that came out of my heater.

Rick and his team were great. They were timely, friendly, and went above and beyond. I was so happy I am discussing bigger projects and installation of.l new equipment with them.

I called, just home from a business trip on Sunday, it was 14 degrees out. I called Unique to address the issue, and prevent my home from freezing. They simply asked if I had a prepaid service contract. I said I did not, but the controller board that they had installed had failed, and it was an emergency. They said without a contract, we can't help you. That was that, and I was dismissed. I was floored. They have been professional, but relatively expensive for services in the past. This is unparalleled - their work dies, and my home is in jeopardy - and I'm dismissed because I don't have them waiting on retainer. I strongly suggest looking for other providers who will back up their work, or respond in an emergency. I will not be returning to them for any future work, nor would I recommend them to others.

Unique are true professionals, I couldn't be happier with the service. The heat wasn't working in my house, not only did they come out the same day within a couple hours to diagnose the problem but then came back a few hours later with the part to fix the problem. The tech Dimos was also great - polite, thorough and professional. They knew I had a newborn in the house, and made it a priority to get the heat working on the same day. Dimos also gave us a Unique onesie for our newborn! I will be using Unique for all my future HVAC needs, and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Unique and Dimos!

The technician came out to the house punctually the same day I called, examined the problem, and fixed it quickly. He then explained it to me and showed me what he had done.

The guy that came out to diagnose our system was completely thorough. He wrote down the details of everything so that when we called them back to come and fix it, we didn't have to explain the problem all over again. We would absolutely use them again.

He was thorough and worked quickly. We were up and running within the same day. They fixed an issue related with the compressor of our air conditioning unit. They are not the cheapest in town but they do good work. I would absolutely use them again.

Has been used this company for Heat Cert couple times, always good service. Today, our heater cannot light up, I called morning and got service about 3 hours later, IN same day, and Today is Sunday!! Service is great, also honor the coupon of $29 diagnosis. Very happy about the service.

This was a big job (at least to me) which I had not anticipated but Brian and the "team" put my mind at ease every step of the way. They were highly knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. They went the extra mile in responding to my many questions and in their attention to detail. Their price was competitive but the quality of their service - outstanding. I am very pleased that I chose Unique and would highly recommend them.

It went GREAT! The tech who arrived was really professional, he even wore little baggies over his boots so that he wouldn't track dirt into my house! He was able to diagnose the issue and get it resolved within 2 hours. I wish I had gotten his name so I could give him some recognition here, but he went above and beyond. The guy not only fixed the leaking pipe/valve, he proceeded in bleeding out the air in all of our heaters getting them working again, and even tightened the nut to our water shutoff valve so that it would stop dripping. The tech explained the whole process to me and showed me a thing or two about our boiler. Would definitely call again.

They came out and were courteous and thorough and gave me a reasonable quote for the work that needed to be done. They also threw in a new air filter for the furnace and a length of hose for a pump that I needed to buy. Excellent service!

Techs made three trips to the house and misdiagnosed the problem twice. They identified the problem as a bad compressor which would cost several thousand dollars to repair, but advised I should consider an entire system replacement. Called another guy a friend recommended. He came out and actually put in some time troubleshooting the system. He identified the problem as a bad expansion valve, fixed it, and the system has been running fine ever since (about a month). Few hundred vs a few thousand. Suggest Unique re-evaluate their diagnostic routines and tech training procedures. Techs were nice, professional, punctual, but an expansion valve is a major AC system component and should have been identified.

We bought an old twin house in Mont Clare that had radiators and a old oil burner in the basement, no duct work. We had four companies come out to our house and most gave us super high estimates and I think they were scared to take on the project. Matt came out and gave us a fair price. He was on time, very knowledgeable. Chris came out and worked the design, very easy to work with, also very knowledgeable. Both Matt and Chris use to install HVAC for unique, now they are in sales and design, which is something I really appreciate as a customer. Brandon came out with his crew and did an amazing job. Again, everyone in this company is super knowledgeable. We were having gas installed to our house around the same time, and the guys from Unique were in contact with the gas providers making sure everything was running smoothly. I never hire anyone for anything, I do everything myself. I would highly recommend Unique, I would use them again, and the over all experience was great. The system that they installed was everything that we wanted. Great Job Unique!
