Unique Indoor Comfort replaced my very old oil heaters with new high efficiency gas furnaces in 2 houses (mine and a rental). 120,000 BTU and 100,000 BTU. They were absolutely above and beyond anything I could have expected. The sales person that came out (Chris) was extremely knowledgeable and the prices were reasonable. The installs were done over 3 days and the workman (Ricky and Brian) were extremely professional. These were fairly complicated install jobs, but they accomplished them so smoothly and professionally, you would never know. The new ducting was immaculate, the pipes were run perfectly, they taped everything, provided a tutorial on the unit, and left it perfectly clean. I've had a lot of contractors over the years and I could not think of a better company to recommend. I almost never bother with reviews, but these guys definitely deserve it. A 5 star company.

They came and "finished" on time. Unfortunately, they inadvertently damaged a critical part, so the actual finish was delayed for two days. (They were chagrined and offered to provide window units, but most of our windows are smaller than their units, and they didn't have portable units, so we suffered.) The installers otherwise did a nice job. Also unfortunately, the weather turned chilly, so we haven't had a chance to give the ac a workout, so we can't comment on the functional quality. (It does operate, but the day's weather wasn't stressful.) We did get a number of discounts/rebates and payment terms on this middle-of-the-line unit, so we consider the overall financials fine.

They were prompt, polite, efficient, and communicative. I don't generally pay for service contracts, but they solved a very difficult furnace problem for me a couple years back and urged me to pay for the contract to keep the costs down (I ended up paying less for the contract than I would have for the three times they came out to the house). Every time I call them I get a response within minutes.

They are a little pricey but they are worth it. They are very professional, friendly and punctual. I will continue to use them and I would highly recommend them.

A/C went out abruptly. Didn't need same-day service to survive, but it was mid-July & definitely uncomfortable. They were able to get a tech out within a few days: he tracked the issue down pretty quickly from my description, gave me a price on the spot: then I had to wait a few more days for the part to come in. I suppose that was the only downside of this experience, but they can't keep absolutely everything in stock so I get it. Second tech arrived a little later than scheduled, but Unique was thorough about keeping me updated on his ETA with two or three phone calls to let me know his status. He made the fix & was on his way. No nonsense, no upsell/hardsell/etc. Would use again if needed, would recommend to a friend.

Project went very well. Install team was punctual and worked a full day. Job was completed in 1 day. Cleaned up after themselves every step of the way,

Unique Indoor Comfort provided great service and very professional work in converting our heater. Our very old oil heater broke over the winter and they provided a competitive quote to have the conversation done and got us on the calendar quickly (doing the work on Saturday) to get our heat restored as soon as possible. The crew removed our old heater and then installed the new natural gas heater. They also set up the removal of the oil tank by a 3rd party. We were very impressed with everyone that worked with us - all were professional and very knowledgeable.

Staff person was punctual and courteous. But after a cursory assessment, stated our Freon was very low and that we likely had a leak. Offered three solutions 1) add Freon for $800, 2) do a leak check for $300, or 3) replace the entire system for thousands. Recommended replacing the system. Took $99 for the consult. We got a second opinion- the Freon level was fine! The problem had nothing to do with this.

We had a great experience, They helped me when shopping for the best price. Then they took time to explain what I was buying. They then installed quickly, cleanly and on time. We will remain customers going forward.

the installation was done perfectly. The crew (Tony and Brian) arrived on time and wore shoe covers before entering, then they laid dropcloths down to protect my basement steps and hallway. The oil burner was disconnected first and carried out to their truck with precision. the old oil burner was a monster of a machine and the new weil maclain gas model paled in comparison, but works outstanding. the only blemish that i saw was when they sprung a leak in one of the cold water supply lines and had to utilize the main shutoff valve. otherwise, Between the sales associate(Paul Bistline), the main office, and the install team, this company does everything right from start to finish. i highly recommend them to everyone that's looking for a reputable company with lots of experience and a knowledgeable staff. This is the company to beat

Service call was very expensive for a performance assessment of HVAC unit. There was a charge just for showing up and additional charge for the actual work. Told service provider I wanted a replacement unit estimate. Set up an appointment. The estimator, Brian, was late 90 minutes. Estimator tried to hard sell me and didn't want to provide an estimate via email within a reasonable period of time. Estimator insisted upon a second appointment to "hand deliver" estimate. I canceled the following appointment and asked for the estimate which I never received. I had to cancel the receptionist to get the estimate. The estimate for the HVAC unit itself was very expensive as well.

This company is by far and away the most professional and customer service oriented one I have worked with in a long time.

Wonderful. The new heating system was installed within a day. My basement flooded and damaged my 2 year old heating system. The company responded quickly and all my needs were met. This is an excellent company and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Deborah was very courteous and Frank (technician) came in very promptly. I called them at 7:15am and they arrived by 8:30. Talk about customer service! =) Frank did a very good job and was very attentive to what I have to say. He walked through everything and replaced the thermostat and checked that the heater was working full cycle. Great job. Very professional and courteous. Would definitely refer and hire again!

It went to wonderful with the purchase plus additional cost for cleaning.

The receptionist sounded nice, and after I explained the problem she said it sounded like vent needed to be cleaned. She sent a technician on the same day. The technician came but didn't find anything wrong. So he cleaned the system, but told me they don't do vent cleaning, although the receptionist led me to believe me they do. I didn't see what he did because I was upstairs working. He also tried to sell a maintenance packing for $480 which I declined. The odor came back the same night. I called the company again and they said they would review and call me back but they didn't. I paid $214 for nothing. Won't hire again.

They were on time, and completed work in the time that was expected. Very happy with the professionalism and pricing of the work. Their staff both on the phone and doing the work were top rate.

Technician (Dimos T) was excellent and very informed about our system. Explained everything extremely well. Comprehensive maintenance; took time. Decided to sign up for service plan and they took the Angies List discount.

This company is fabulous! I can't recommend them enough. They are ALWAYS courteous and helpful. The office staff treats you like an old friend, always keeping you in the loop. There were never any hidden charges and they were right on time. When I had a "window" I called in and they gave me a better estimate so I could run out and do some errands without missing them. The technicians who came out to my home were always pleasant, courteous, and put on special shoes indoors so they would not track in any debris. They cleaned up after themselves and worked hard, never taking a break, and went back to check that everything was done correctly the first time. We could have replaced the whole system at once, but only replaced what was malfunctioning, leaving the rest of the system in place. Our old system is now new. I feel like I have gained a friend through this experience.

The technician arrived early on the day of the appointment (which was the same day as the air conditioning going on the fritz). He diagnosed the problem, told me the cost and fixed it on the spot. He was very professional and informative and the unit has worked smoothly since. I would definitely use Unique Indoor Comfort again.

There were some delays in getting the unit configured with the control units once the actual install was done but Unique was meticulous in making sure that everything was done correctly and working perfectly before they signed off on the project.

Fantastic! Within 20 mins the system was working again. I had called another company which kept me waiting all day for a call that I never received. I called UNIQUE they arrived quickly and were able to solve my problems in a very professional way. Now I know who to call for any HVAC issue.

I like them, but they are a little pricey.

The Professionals who came each morning were pleasant, easy to talk with and made every effort to be kind and respectful in our home as they were working hard all day. Everything went according to plan. To date we are very pleased with our air conditioned space, We are looking forward to 90 degree temperatures 😀
