Description of Work: Insultated the ceiling of the garage by drilling holes (4" across) in the ceiling and blowing in insulation between the joints. Hole are then sealed. Also, sprayed foam, which then hardens, on the exposed heating ducts that run along the ceiling. Problems: Crew had the wrong size of hose with them on the shceduled date of service and had to return the next day to finish the job. Luckily, it wasn't a problem for me to change the date but it could have been. Also made me a little unsure of their expertise. The manager was also supposed to give me an estimate of for a new HVAC system, but has not after a couple of months. Plus: They cleaned up well after themselves, which was important because it was kind of a messy job.

Description of Work: The technician who came over was very professional and polite. He checked and cleaned the heater and suggested that I have the circulation pump replaced. I had already bought the pump anticipating this will happen. He did charge me 180 to do this, which is a little steep in my opinion but I am not really complaining. Again I was very impressed by the knowledge, cleanliness and the efficiency. Please do not assume that the B for price is a bad thing, I am a stingy new home owner who has already spend too much on my house.

Description of Work: We had high velocity central air-conditioning installed in our home, which was built in 1925. Our window unit in our bedroom wasn't cooling our room anymore and Paul supplied an air-conditioner for us to use while the central air was being installed. This is a very professional company and the workers even finished the job a day early. Paul and Chris came to the house every day to monitor the progress of the instillation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for air-conditioning.

Description of Work: The service person arrived on time. He found out the problem quickly, proposed a solution and estimate. The estimate seems fairly reasonable. He was very professional and courteous the whole time even after I turned down the proposal and decided to do the job myself. I would definitely use them in the future when needed.

Description of Work: I purchased the $30 a/c diagnostic so I could find out why my a/c wasn't pushing air like it's supposed to. I should have known for such a low price that I could be a victim of bait and switch. Well, I was right. They came out quickly and on time or close to on time and explained to me (baffled me with BS) that my compressor was bad. Which it was NOT. The sizing of the return was poor so the system wasn't pulling in enough air to function properly. Not only was the pricing bad but the bait and switch was obvious. BUYER BEWARE! This is my experience! and the tech could have made an honest mistake. Honest mistakes usually happen because of lack of experience so that's still a UNIQUE issue. Will not ever consider them again. One and done. *****After my review the company called me directly within an hour or two. They did everything in their power to rectify the situation and were professional and prompt. I was NOT correct in the assessment of the system and neither were the other companies that looked at it. Overall experience was great after they realized I was not satisfied. They did all they could to make sure we were happy.

Description of Work: We answered the deal for furnace cleaning, but did not realize that it was not for an oil burner, but the serviceman came to the home and explained what we needed and returned the next day to clean our oil burner. He was very nice he was on time and very professional. We hope to be able to use them again next year. Thank you Thank you Thank you John & Carol Gray

Description of Work: I bought a cleaning/checkup service for AC and heat as an Angie deal in mid May. Because I'm super busy at the moment I didn't call the company. They however called me - very impressive. Handled everything in a highly professional manner and did the work (cleaned the unit and changed the filter) quickly and efficiently. Gave me an excellent suggestion for a solution to getting cooling to the third floor master suite. Top marks all around.
