It was a good experience. I had gone to Colonial Marble and Granite first and was extremely unhappy with the customer service there. So I decided to try Top Granite 2, since it was also very near where I lived. I went on a Saturday and Bao explained how their pricing works and then let me walk around looking at everything. I found a granite I liked and decided to purchase. Bao sent his employees to my house within two hours to do the template measuring. The men were 20-30 minutes late, which was the only negative through the experience, as they did not call to tell me they would be later than the agreed time. When I called to see what was up, Bao just said they needed to eat lunch. If that were the case then he shouldn't have told me to expect them for 12:30. Once they got there, however, it went fine and they did the measurements and left very quickly. A week or so later I had the counters installed. It took them awhile to install them, and one of the installers was outside on his phone for a really long time, leaving the other guy to work by himself. I don't know if that is why it took so long, or if this is just how long it usually takes to install granite counters, since I had never had them before. They did not have to remove any old counters or anything, as I had already done that. The counters were the correct measurements and they laid them levelly and very nicely. There was a seam needed, which they connected very well, you can't see it unless you look for it. I was not impressed with the quality of the caulking that they did where the counters met the wall, it was, in my opinion, a messy caulk job. But I am admittedly a perfectionist with that kind of thing, so I just went and redid it myself later. All in all I was happier with the customer service at Top Granite than I was with the other company in my area. I think the granite looks awesome and the measurements were all exactly right so it looks well installed. I found the communication to be lacking, as I did not think Bao really explained things clearly, however I did find him to be very accommodating of my needs. He really was flexible with changing the date of the install when I hit a snag that slowed me up on removing the old counters in time for the original install date. He also was able to fit me in on the next date I chose, which was pretty last minute choice on my part. So overall I was happy with the service. Top Granite is very much a "no frills" kind of company, but they got the job done and didn't give me the run around and the double talk and false promises on prices that the other company I went to gave me. I would use Top Granite again.

, but he has not been responsive to his debt to me of $1177.00. He recommended using the same granite for my backsplash and I gave him a check for it. I decided the next day that I was not sure that I wanted to use the granite so I called him that day and I asked him not to deposit the check. He had not done any work for the fee I paid for the backsplash. I asked him to find the check so I could get it back. He told me that he had not deposited it yet. When I did not hear from him for a few days, I called him back. He told me he couldn't find the check. I looked on my bank statement and he had deposited the check.Since I had called him right away, he had to have known that he did deposit the check because it would have been deposited right after I gave it to him. I called him and told him that he had cashed the check and I asked him to mail me a refund check. He didn't send a check. A few months later, I drove to his place of business and I left a copy of the front and back side of the check for him and I asked that he mail me a refund. I still did not received a refund. I gave him the check on August 19, 2014, but he has not responded to multiple requests to give me a refund for work not done and materials not provided, but he refuses to give me my refund. I texted him twice recently asking for a refund and he said he would give it to me but he hasn't done so. I am going to have to file a claim in small claims court to get my money back. If you want to deal with someone who will not refund a payment when he did not do the work or provide any materials, it is your choice if you want to use him or not.

Bao came out and measured the same day we went to look at counter tops. The installation was done within the week. His installers were very professional. They removed the old countertops and sink. They were very neat and the counter tops and sink and faucet look great.
Description of Work: Provided granite counter top and new sink and faucet in kitchen. Bao's wife helped with the selection of the countertop and the color we selected was spot on.

Description of Work: We did a complete remodel of our kitchen and purchased our granite from Top Granite 2. Everything went perfectly. The owner came out on a Saturday to measure and was back on Tuesday morning to install. Super fast. The installation was great --- the seams can't even be seen. This is a family business and they genuinely want to do the best possible job. I would highly recommend them over the other very large granite company in King of Prussia (the one that starts with a "C"). The price was also several hundred dollars less than this other company. You get direct contact to the owner who was very responsive. Again, I highly recomend them.

They did everything. The place where I bought the granite counter tops did not cut the granite for the tiles. I had to purchase the tiles, take it to top granite, and have them cut the tiles. They cut it 2 inches wide for the curved part and they fit perfect. He was not happy with it, I do not know what he thought was wrong it, I was happy with it and it looks gorgeous. He cut the tile for an outlet. He said that he was going to start carrying tile. I picked a common color of granite. The tiles were a perfect match for the counter top. They were excellent.
