They were great , everything was cleaned up. very efficient and very helpful and worked out fine.

They did great job on the service. Everything was wonderful . The nice thing is that they guarantee the windows for life. They were very friendly and helpful. Very often they offer no payments still, they allowed without payments being made.

Excellent. All work was done on schedule and of the best finished job. My old windows were single pane with storm windows. The replacement windows are double pane. The new windows keep most of the sound out, I can no longer hear the wind blowing, which surprised me. The new windows are very tight. I can no longer feel drafts through them. Also the new windows, Fibrex, won't have to be painted. I am very satisfied with the service and result.

The workers were friendly and worked as I thought they should have so no complaints with their professional approach, however I replaced my windows because there was a drift in all the windows on the second floor. So I reached out to renewal Anderson of Philadelphia to replace my windows and French door. They assured me that they could that care of the drafts and not to worry, well as of today and 14,000 dollars later I still have the same drafts if not worst. I called them and they send some one out and he stated some small holes on the side of the window wasn’t done properly. He goes outside to his truck come back with some putty and then leaves. I am still freezing in my bedroom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From the time the first man came to our house until the last man left, we were extremely pleased. All of them were knowledgeable. Our salesman was nice and he helped us pick what we needed. A man came to measure and then 3 installers worked here. Drop cloths were put down everywhere and any dirt was promptly cleaned up. We were quite satisfied.

They were outstanding. The windows are far superior from anything else that we have ever had in here. The windows are guaranteed for life.

Great. Team of two arrived right on time. Worked through until the job was finished (1 day). Didn't make much of a mess and cleaned up what little there was. Product looks and performs perfectly. Supervisor and salesman visited during the installation to make sure all was going well and we were happy. All contacts during this process were very responsive.

Did not get past the initial phone call. I was told they require both homeowners to be present and were booked for the next month and could not schedule the consult (after I said it was not possible for my husband to be present and that I would not purchase the same day anyway!) It is my home and I want to decide the terms for which someone enters my home for service/consultation. Please don't show disrespect or insult me! No longer interested and have 3 consults scheduled for next week.

Worst contractor experience ever. Refused to repair shoddy interior fit and finish. Threatened not to complete work or send anyone out. Job was not financed.

From the sales presentation, to scheduling, to installation, I am extremely happy with my new Renewal by Andersen windows. All of the folks at RbA were friendly, courteous, professional, and able to answer my questions. The installation was scheduled for 1.5 days. The installers, George & Nick, did an absolutely fantastic job and were able to finish all 15 windows in one day! I would highly recommend the Fibrex windows and RbA for anyone considering replacement windows.

Incredibly irritating experience with sales person over the phone. They have a "your spouse must be present policy" I explained that I was the condo owner and would be making the decision, and that what I was looking for was very simple and not an aesthetic change, and I thought I was getting through. He gave me the usual set of reasons, and I said OK, fine but you're either dealing with me or this isn't going to work" We got to a time and the person on the phone said "I just have to ask, will Mrs. Peirce be present" (So many obnoxious assumptions, from her presence requirement to her name to the "Mrs" to.....) This was the third strike. I told him he had lost my business, clearly let him know why, and said have a nice day. I certainly won't be doing any business with these guys in the future.

Called to get an estimate on Window and patio door replacement for a home we are purchasing. We have a short period of time to do renovations before we move to the property and are trying to schedule and organize everything in advance. We have done this with other companies. This company would not provide an estimate until we are the owners despite the fact that we have permission from the current owners. Although we heard good things about the company, we will not be able to use them because of this issue.

The bay window looks like it was very professionally installed and we are happy with it. One problem was the the window frame measurements were not taken correctly and so the job could not be completed the same day as was promised. However, the Andersen team made amends and corrected the problem within a few days.

Obviously didn't let them work on my house. They lost out on 26 windows and 2 doors. Big money lost.

The installation was efficient. The house was left spotless. They vacuumed every room. They were the epitome of professionalism. If I could rate them a A plus, plus, that still would not come close to how good a job they did. And yes, the house is warmer and I don't hear the noise of the traffic as much. I live on a heavily traveled street. I would highly recommend Renewal. Yes, they are more expensive than other Windows but the quality makes them worth the money.

Not so good. Although the quality of the replacement windows looked good, the price was so positively absurd we both laughed out loud. Also, the radio commercials in our area are presented by a guy whose voice has NO BUSINESS WHATSOEVER being on the radio. In those commercials he spends lots of time explaining how good the product is, how they install and service what they sell, and that there is almost NEVER a sale on their product... Except every commercial, he's hawking a sale. And they specifically state there are NEVER any gimmicks... Except the salesman who came to our home told us we could save lots of money if we signed the contract that very night. THAT'S a gimmick if ever there was one, and a high pressure one at that. Ultimately, we took a pass because the price for 2 double hung replacement windows and a new patio slider was $15,000. NO LIE. And that's just plain stupid. I recently purchased a home and had 14 windows replaced including a 6' picture window, 2 casements, and 11 double hung windows ALL with all the bells and whistles (double pain, argon gas, lo-E coatings, blah blah blah... AND all recapped with new aluminum on the exteriors... $4800. took 1.5 days and they're AWESOME!) Plenty of good deals out there. Renewal by Anderson just ain't one of them.

Everything went extremely smoothly, not the cheapest option... but the quality of the windows is second to none and so was the installation. Very happy with the project results.

It was very good. They were quick, courteous and everything has been fine. It was a reasonable price.

The free lance installer came ill equipped. Did not install the windows as we had been agreed. He was short tempered. Ignored my wife's question . He made her feel self conscious. Five years later the Bay window began to leak after a massive winter storm. We addressed the problem with insulation but after that the leak continued. We enlisted the aid of Fitzpatrick Roofing. Fitzpatrick's evaluated the work . They remove the shingles from the house, installed flashing to above the gutter and under the roof shingles and replaced the cedar shakes. The entire refit cost us $2500 In our attempts to contact Anderson, I was rerouted through the company. An appointment was made for an inspection of the installation. However the company representative called and cancelled the inspection. We called Fitzpatrick to repair the work so that we would be dry this winter. So far every thing is acceptable

Very professional company once you get past the sales pitch, which you have to take with a grain of salt. Yes, they are good windows and will hopefully last much longer than cheap vinyl replacement windows, but they are just windows, not the solution to world hunger. I was amused that the salesman admitted that the "buy one, get 20 Percent off sale" is never-ending, despite what the ads say. Please stop this practice, Andersen, it's annoying. The false deadlines instill skepticism in your customers! Beyond the heavy handed sales pitches and ads, the windows so far hold up beautifully and look great. They were installed in two days and the installation crew cleaned up everything (well, except for that splotch of caulking on my granite island in the kitchen - still can't figure out how that got there, but it wiped right off). The windows are VERY expensive so be prepared for sticker shock but it was an easy experience overall and I would use them again.

I got a quote for 7 windows. The phone call to the salesman were very pushy. Just as i read in the reviews they were very adamant about my husband being there bc they don't want an excuse like i have to discuss or think this over. It is high pressure sales where they want you to buy that night. My salesman was there for over 2.5 hrs bashing all the other window companies claiming their product to be better. They have some kind of patent composite that I am sure is really strong however to justify for the price they try and bash other companies. Then he would not give me a price bc my husband wasn't home claiming it was the law and he couldn't give me the lowest price but only once and had to decide right then and there. He then proceeded to put a number on his phone--saying don't tell his boss he gave me a number.
