Reico Kitchen & Bath

Reico was recommended to us by our contractor. Everything went smoothly but communication was difficult. They charge for the design unless you purchase from them and the sales person did not seem very creative. We were asking for a simple design but I felt like I was leading the process instead of the salesperson who was being paid to design the kitchen. In the end, one of the cabinets was too small (above the refrigerator). Not a big deal but I was disappointed because we purchased the cabinets and appliances from the same place so that there was no question of measurements. The sales person's response was that he thought the refrigerator was taller. In my opinion this was unacceptable when you charge for the design. They did offer several solutions after the job was complete. I felt from a design standpoint they were very disappointing. Overall we are happy with our kitchen but I would not use Reico again.
