We had a large pile of branches/small trees that came down over the winter and need to be removed. Mario's price was very reasonable compared to other companies. The workers came and did a thorough job getting all the branches. I was concerned they would miss some of the small sticks, but they raked the area and got everything. They also cleaned up after the chipper and swept the driveway. I would definitely use them again.

Mike and his crew did an excellent job on the trees at my house. Two very large cherry trees were removed by crane over my back fence. Work on the 2 trees started at 8 a.m. and the trees were removed with the stumps ground down by noon. They cleaned up the area very well and you wouldn't even guess that the 2 trees were previously there once the crew was done. They additionally did some major pruning and shaping of a third tree. At my request, a large portion of branches were removed because the tree was terribly overgrown, but Mike's crew took special care to maintain the tree in a good shape. Mike's crew additionally ground out some tree roots that were lifting my driveway. Unfortunately, they also cut through my Comcast cable line. Luckily, Comcast restored service within 24 hours. To save the driveway, the work had to be done in that location so I don't think there was an alternate way to do the work. Even with that minor issue, I still give Mario's an A rating due to the excellent quality of their work.

Mike and his crew came on short notice during the holiday week. They removed storm damaged trees and removed another that was too close to the house that had to be dropped 3 feet at time. Price and service were great. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Mike from Mario's was great! Had 2 downed trees from the hurricane. Not only was Mario's price significantly better than the competition, but they were also the most responsive. Despite having a full schedule from the storm, Mike had his guys work on Sunday to accomodate us and get the fallen trees out. Cleaned up everything nicely, and then came back a couple days later as promised to grind the stump. Also fixed the fence that the tree had fallen on, which I had not expected. Overall great service. Mike is excellent. After having done prior work for us, which was done quickly, cleanly and very cost effectively, Mike gave us a quote to remove this tree on Monday, and was able to bring the crane over and remove the tree on Thursday. In addition to ensuring there was no damage from the crane, and completely grinding the stump out and taking care of 1 or 2 other small items (cleaning some other branches off other trees, grinding another tree stump out), Mike stacked all of the logs along our fence line (we requested that he leave as much usable wood for firewood as possible). Another outstanding experience with MIke and Mario's! I would not consider using anyone else to do tree work in the Berwyn / Paoli area.

Mike at Mario'sTree Service was amazing. He came personally to our home to give a quote, and he really seemed to listen to my concerns. He emphasized that his team would take care to leave our trees in and quot;treeand quot; shape, as opposed to just taking off all the lowest branches like telephone poles. He made sure we liked the result, and tipped some low branches without complaint when I said I wanted them higher. The team was *wonderful*. Our trees look great! But more than that, I'm impressed by their service for being prompt, professional, and a good price. Plus, he did little favors at no charge, eg. took out a scrub tree at the corner of the property becaused I asked him to, then went a step further and trimmed the overgrown hedges along our driveway. When I thanked Mike, he told me that he'd noticed they were overgrown and touching our cars, and that the had the equipment and the guys, so he just did it. WOW. Having that kind of good service is really gold.

Very satisfied and will use Mario's again.

Called Mario's and discussed my needs. Salesman arrived the following Saturday as scheduled and provided a written estimate. After a few days I called Mario's and requested that the work be performed. A date was agreed upon and the work was performed while I was at work. Upon inspecting the work, I was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the removal of the wood pile. I called Mario's and explained my concerns. The following weekend, a small crew arrived and removed the remaining pieces of wood.

They were competent and knew what they were doing. They were careful when backing their truck into the driveway. Careful in general. Good people. The owner was not with the crew when the job was being done so there was no communication between me and the owner. It was also difficult to speak to anyone of the crew b/c they did not speak English.
