I was not there during the cleaning however a tenant was and reported that the crew did a very good job. Bianca was very responsive on setting up a date to clean which is difficult in a rental with tenants

All three ladies did a beautiful job; my husband marveled at how meticulous they were and how nice the house was after their cleaning ... from moving the furniture from the walls to clean behind, cleaning the baseboards, ceiling fans, wooden blinds, etc. Very friendly. Did a very nice job. Hope to use them again before we move/put the house up for sale ... and will likely try to arrange cleaning on a 1x/mo basis to keep my sanity.

Perfect! I cannot say enough great things about the service provided. I am a single man with my two twenty-year-old-kids and a dog living with me in my 100+ year old house - the house in a constant state of renovation. The 18 month old puppy is always bring outside stuff in and is currently shedding his winter coat. We do our best to keep it clean, but we did not know how short we were on the task until after Bianca and her sister were here for more than half a day today. The place has never been this clean!!! I could not be happier! I plan to use Major Maids on a regular basis going forward. I highly recommend them.

The team (of three) were on-time and did a professional job earlier this month (May 2017)

Bianca and her assistant arrived on time and walked through the house with me to see all areas and get any special instructions. Then they got to work and did a great job, including all special services on the "deep cleaning" list. (For example, it was wonderful to have my oven clean for the first time since forever!) My only issue was that I found a few items afterward that were supposed to be cleaned but that had been skipped. Given how thorough they were in general, I think these were oversights that would be easy to correct on the next visit. Overall, we were VERY pleased with Bianca's professionalism and good cleaning service. Would definitely recommend her.

Wonderful! I found Bianca through an ad on Angie's list and bought her deep cleaning package. She along with her sister Diana, and another gal did an outstanding job! Bianca made it easy to schedule and overall was just a terrific experience. I have high standards and these ladies exceeded them. I even hired them to come back and do it again every month!

Major maids showed up on time, walked through property with us to assess our needs, immediately began to work. Upon completion, home was show ready. The time spent by the staff was efficient. Left house in order.

Bianca deep cleaned my 2400 sq ft home and she did a great job! She was punctual, professional, listened to what I requested, and was accommodating. I have OCD and I'm not easy to please but my husband and I were very pleased with the results! We were so pleased that we hired her to come on a regular basis.

Bianca is very personable and professional. She contacted me promptly and showed up on time to my house. She seemed to understand quite well what I wanted, and was amenable to following what I wished. Her fee was quite reasonable. I did not end up choosing her services because I had met previously with another excellent provider and felt obligated to go with their services since I met with them first. But absolutely if the other provider hadn't worked out for some reason I would have signed Major Maids up on the spot! Thanks Bianca!

Excellent! Purchased the deal and heard from them same day. Bonus, they were available on Saturday am. Showed up promptly at time scheduled. Asked what I would like done and immediately got to work. Extremely nice and and did fantastic work. I was so thrilled that I asked them to come again in 2 weeks!

Fine only a lot of talking on her cell phone. It did sound that she was cleaning during that time but I did not check.
