+ -1 moreThey have a good website and are close by to where we live. The installation was great. They were knowledgable and work with us and what we wanted. I felt the salesman tried to jack the price up. I am not happy with the picture. I felt he was more interested in making money than helping us get the best product.
Description of Work: We got a new TV and they set it up. They did the installation.

+ 0 moreI am tough on time because I had surgery and I did not go to as many places as I think I did in terms of time. I would say if I did not buy it there, I probably would not go there. I go there because of warranty. In terms of quality, it is good. When you get it fixed it really is fixed. In terms of punctuality, it takes a while for them to get back to you. Their responsiveness and professionalism is very good.
Description of Work: I used Best Buy for computer services. I bought my computer there and I always go back to get it fixed. It has not been that long since I last visited them. It was within this year. It costed me $200 because I made them put on new gigabytes.
