Randy took initial call and sent guys to measure. He quoted on same day. One week later the glass arrived and was installed the next day. Team was professional, responsive, clean and friendly. I would use again and highly recommend.

We renovated a bathroom in our home, and called in Burhan's Glass to measure and install the shower glass. -Scheduling was poor. Installation date was set by company, and not verified with my family. Install crew showed up when no one was home. Had to walk them through finding spare key to access house. -Salesman was informed that door opening was slightly out of square. Did not account for this in his measurements, and install crew had a compensate by using spacers and an ugly caulk seam. I had requested that door be made to specification, and that the partition be installed using rigid gasket. This request was not honored, and the installation suffered as a result. -Had to repair door myself first week. The lower door gasket caught on marble threshold, making it difficult to open. I had to shave off door gasket to allow free movement. This would have been avoided had salesman listened to my instructions. -Company was more interested in payment than resolution. I received a call from Billing Department before any response to my emails and phone calls. Foolishly, I paid the bill before having issues corrected. I have received ZERO response from company in the ensuing time period. -One positive note: the install crew was pleasant and clean-cut. I left work at lunch break to check job progress, and the guys were professional. They did keep the workspace clean and respectable, but left behind a razor blade that my son could easily have gotten his little hands on. All in all, I'm not pleased with the service and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The lack of response to complaints about the product really turned me off.

They were responsive to my call for an estimate.Wayne came to my home, examined the job, showed me what they offered.Gave me options, but did not try and and quot;selland quot; me more then I wished.The estimate was received quickly. When I agreed to the install ,I was told approx. 2 weeks for the and quot;frame buildand quot;.I was called right at 2 weeks, told the door was ready, made an appt. for a week later.The installers called ahead of coming, were on time,professional, cleaned up after themselves.And the doors look great.Thanks

The salesman was very professional. He explained the options and was willing to install the glass the way we wanted it installed. He gave us a quote in the time period he said he would. We called and asked for a couple of upgrades which he gave us a new quote immediately and told us it would take three weeks to get them the glass and it did. It made them just a day or two longer because Christmas and thanksgiving were in there, but then he called when the glass came in and scheduled it for the next day and two young men came and installed the doors and did a very professional job and they were very polite.
