good selection, helpful salesperson, quick turnaround, decent installation, competitive pricing. wood and faux wood blinds are of decent quality. aluminum blinds aren't as good.

They did a great job on that one blind. They matched up with what we needed and what we had before and they did a nice job on it. They did it in a timely fashion and we were very happy with them. I was fairly happy with the pricing even though I don't remember what it was; I don't have any negative remembrance of that. The quality was very good and they were great in every respect that I can think of. They were very professional.

Brian was our salesman. He was responsive and helpful initially, and we ordered 5 room darkening cellular shades for 2 bedrooms in our new house. We explained that the measurements we gave him were the measurements of the existing (translucent) shades, and that we wanted them exactly the same. When they arrived (within a few days, as promised) the shades were 1/4 inch too narrow, thereby allowing light through on either side. When we called the store to complain that the shades were not the correct size, and that they were therefore, not "room darkening" we were told that it was our problem and that we must have measured incorrectly. Repeated calls to the store did not help. Finally, we were told that a store manager would call us back. It's now over a week later, and we are still waiting for that return phone call, which I am quite sure will never come. I will never shop at this store again, and recommend that if you want a company that stands by its merchandise and treats the customer with respect, look for any other company. DO NOT shop here unless you like to be told you don't know how to read a measuring tape! They are down-right rude!

The in-store personnel were very helpful. We looked at many blinds and finally settled on mesh so that the view isn't covered. They helped us get the best fit and best price.

As I said, I left.

I would highly recommend them to other people. They were incredible. When we had the hurricane, I had no problems, no air comes through. My electric poles bent down. In fact, we liked their windows so much we got gutter guards and a garage door and then got other windows.

I feel I overpaid but I needed the job done in a quick manner. I would recommend them for the timing and they finished within 5 days of starting the measurement and installation process. They were a little expensive but did have outstanding customer service.

Viewed their website, took the measurements and went into the store. The associate showed us a wide variety of blinds and found us the ones we wanted, explaining every detail. They checked and re-checked that we were sure of our measurements before taking our payment. The blinds were well-constructed and easy to install. One pull cord broke approximately 4 months later, they replaced the blind without question.

It was a lot of work and everything went very smoothly. Nothing had to be done a second time and all of the measurements were right the first time. They were very prompt and took care of everything within the 48 hour guarantee which was quite impressive.

Blinds to go is a little on the expensive side. I was pleased with the results, but I feel they are over priced. The blinds are good quality, and I am happy with the way they look.
